I spoke through a locked door and told them what had happened they said "they were closed and there was nothing they could do" to call the 1 800 number on my card which I did and explained everything all over again only to be told that it would be 2 to 3 business days before their investigators investigated it. Really??? This isn't 10.00 it's a thousand and no one seems at all concerned but me! I would imagine if this were their money this happened to it would be a completely different story. Why wouldn't you check the ATM whether you are open or not and oh I don't know atleasr try to solve the problem??? I'm beyond angry at this point and I am seeing an attorney. This is just like theft in my opinion only by my own bank what a joke!

Terrible experience here with a Bank Teller named Catherine. She was extremely rude and…read moreunprofessional. My mom and I went in to deposit a decent amount of paper checks, a seemingly simple task especially since the place is not busy at all. Catherine made snarky remarks about how there is a way to do it online and that it created unnecessary work for her. Instead of just doing her job, regardless of the hassle she felt, Catherine felt the need to express her distaste with our method of choice for depositing checks. The attitude she had left a sour taste in our mouth, and she treated us as second class people for our preferred method. To me, the option to deposit the checks physically with the teller would not exist if it is not already being utilized by some customers, so she did not need to be rude about it. When speaking to the manager, he dismissed our concerns easily, and reminded us of our options to bank elsewhere. How come it was his first instinct to send his business away rather than mend the situation? Does he not care about the reputation and business of the company he works for? Honestly, we noticed that our white counterparts in the store were being treated nicer and it is hard to not assume people will carry implicit biases with them, especially in Streetsboro, Ohio. We definitely will not return back to this location of Huntington, and we expect better from this bank.

Wish I could give a 0. They lost a whole family of customers for life. We opened my daughter's…read morevery first account so she could direct deposit her paychecks. She is a minor with her mom and I also on the account so it was very clear she needed an account with a low minimum and not a lot of transactions. They clearly set up my daughter's account incorrectly, then corporate closed her account due to non-compliance and "stole" her initial deposit with a promise of check's in the mail from customer service. We will be closing our remaining accounts and finding another bank with competent employees focused on customer experience. On the day her first check was supposed to be deposited she logged in and her account was no longer visible. After 20 minutes on hold, I was told they sent a letter 4 days ago and sent a cashiers check by mail yesterday. They could not provide any details on why the account was closed, what amount was being refunded or when that check would arrive (regular mail - no tracking).

I have banked at US Bank for 10+ yrs. I went in to do a very basic money transfer to someone and…read morenot only did they not complete my transfer but they gave me the third degree, asked me some very intrusive questions. Had I simply done this online it would have been easy and straightforward. This had nothing to do with KYC or the security of my money - and everything about exerting control. If you want to have management over your own money then I do not recommend banking at this branch. I am closing my account here.

She was the most rude employee of all time. With her eye rolling and heavy breathing. We were told that you dont have your phone number linked to the account. So smart ass me went to the atm over and over taking out 800.00 at a time till i got what i requested. Ill show you chase bank!

This branch definitely doesn't make my hands clap . This branch serves a large campus community…read more That being said, there are never enough bankers available for questions, and other banking services that cannot be handled by the tellers. They are understaffed. The staff they have are friendly and helpful. There's only one lady (banker) who is not as friendly and never smiles. I have complained about service for disabled as there is a sign that says that if you require special assistance (with the recognized disability sign) to let them know. I think that if someone is struggling to stand up in line with a cane, then a teller or banker should excuse themselves and either offer their support.. Offer a seat, serve them.. There are not enough seats in the lobby and the line goes out the door at peak times. At one point, they didn't even have a notary. I complained about this and now they have one, however if you need this service, call ahead. In summary, if you need branch services, drive the 4 miles to Ravenna branch. Much better.
