I went to this branch to close an account and had previously sent them a POA. Nothing was in the…read moresystem. I scheduled an appointment and was kept waiting for 45 minutes. Then Dawn Fitzgerald never bothered to apologize for keeping me waiting. She then explained she had to manually input the POA so I couldn't do anything that day except that. She said she'd call and let me know when it was accepted and never bothered to call back. I don't what she did but the paperwork never went into the system so I had to go to NJ , a 5 hour trip one way and they had to input the POA so I couldn't do any business there that day. Such incompetence has caused so many headaches it's disgusting. The ppl at these branches need retraining ASAP. I will do business with this bank in any way shape or form. I'd give them 0 stars if that was allowable. Please if someone has an appointment be on time and stop inconveniencing the customer & at least make a half a#% apology. You could do better, shame on you!
