I don't what she did but the paperwork never went into the system so I had to go to NJ , a 5 hour trip one way and they had to input the POA so I couldn't do any business there that day. Such incompetence has caused so many headaches it's disgusting. The ppl at these branches need retraining ASAP. I will do business with this bank in any way shape or form. I'd give them 0 stars if that was allowable. Please if someone has an appointment be on time and stop inconveniencing the customer & at least make a half a#% apology.
