DO! NOT! BANK! WITH! THEM! ZERO stars across the board! I…read morehad been banking with Huntington since I was 16 (I am now 24) and their customer service is the WORST! Since 2017 I had an Asterick Free checking account that was FREE (per the name), and they kept changing it to an account that CHARGED me. After countless times of this happening, I spoke to a manager who informed me one of the employees kept switching my account when it's NOT beneficial to me. Not only did they change my account without communicating with me, they changed it from an account that was FREE to an account that charged me each month. I was lucky I noticed it. I could go on and on about how terrible it is here! I ultimately switched banks in the end due to multiple different issues with this bank, and location specifically.
