It would not allow me to open my accounts online because their system said that I had failed their identification verification system and couldn't prove I was who I said I was.

When…read moreStanding Stone Bank became The Savings Bank I thought the service might go downhill BUT after it became The Savings Bank. But now the service is still 5 stars. Whether it's online service or a personal visit they are courteous, extremely knowledgeable about any issues from completing a stop payment to walking you through access to your account. Honestly, I had an account with a famously known bank and they closed my account with some goofy explanation. I went to The Standing Stone Bank and they had no issues with my past history and opened my account same day. Ha ha a few months ago that famously known bank sent me letters asking me to please come back. No way would I go back to them. The Savings Bank is a rock and a real value to me with anything I need on my accounts. Oh and did I say friendly? They are, and from online banking to in person services. Open an account today!!!
