But I have to say, this Combee Wells Fargo location is completely the opposite of that. I've had to stop here for various reasons and it's always been a pleasant experience. From stopping at the front desk for help to booking an appointment for an investment and advice, the workers here aren't your typical lacking personality, unfriendly type. They're pretty lively and always super helpful. Jose is the banker I've met with and he's just a charm. Such a sweet and genuine person who wants to help advise in whatever way he can.

I tried to make an appointment online and went through all the steps and when I clicked schedule an appointment it told me there was a system error to try again later. The only choice is to actually go down to the branch and then they will tell you that you don't have an appointment so they can't help you. I can't wait to close my mother's account and be done with this bank once and for all.
