But I have to say, this Combee Wells Fargo location is completely the opposite of that. I've had to stop here for various reasons and it's always been a pleasant experience. From stopping at the front desk for help to booking an appointment for an investment and advice, the workers here aren't your typical lacking personality, unfriendly type. They're pretty lively and always super helpful. Jose is the banker I've met with and he's just a charm. Such a sweet and genuine person who wants to help advise in whatever way he can.

When you finally approach the teller you are frequently met by an unfriendly face: no "hello" or "welcome," as if they're doing you a favor by serving you. What a nightmare trying to reach anyone at this branch or any other branch of Bank of America…read more Their phone system takes you into a loop that goes absolutely nowhere. I tried to make an appointment online and went through all the steps and when I clicked schedule an appointment it told me there was a system error to try again later. The only choice is to actually go down to the branch and then they will tell you that you don't have an appointment so they can't help you. I can't wait to close my mother's account and be done with this bank once and for all.
