One of the biggest things I like is they will call you for every little thing about your account to make sure it's you swiping your card and not someone else. They have also save me from over Draft a few times by calling and giving me the heads up and I was able to make a deposit to avoid the over draft fee. I have called over 20 times, unable to reach anybody or have my calls returned. I will be closing my accounts as soon as I have this issue resolved
