I pride my self as someone who doesn't owe anyone anything and I certainly don't pay my bills late. I have NEVER had a late fee in my life in any way shape or form. This bank continuously fought with me month after month and admitted that when they get a payment the department that receives it doesn't mark it received and they send it to their processing department which then marks it late. I tried for months to close the cards, paying off balances to just then receive another bill for 2 to 5 dollars along with their late fee of 39 and then they go further to charge interest on their late fees. I dished out over 600 in just late fees and have cancelled the cards 4 times. The bills just keep on coming and when I refuse to pay them they threaten to send me to collections. What's worse is my wife worked at this bank and thats why we opened the cards. So, do yourselves a favor and don't get hooked up with this bank for any reason. They will drain you one way or another!
