Dagwood's sent someone over to her house who was able to jump start the car and take it to the shop. They then determined that the problem was that one of the doors on the minivan wasn't latching, causing the interior light to stay on and consequently draining the battery. They fixed that, charged the battery, checked the alternator, and drove the repaired car back to her house. Upon asking the delivery driver, Ken, what the charges were, she was informed there was NO CHARGE! Now, THAT is unheard of in this day and age. What great guys to do this for a customrer!
