In December, I was wrongfully charged and detained and found myself facing a domestic violence case. I was terrified that this situation would follow me for the rest of my life and end up on my record. I reached out to numerous law firms, but Tyler was the first person who immediately made me feel like I actually had someone in my corner. My father initially told me, "Just get a public defender and take whatever deal they give you." Tyler showed me that I had a reason to fight and that my case deserved to be fought. He put up a tremendous fight through what felt like the most difficult battle I had ever faced. Even when the odds seemed overwhelmingly against us, Tyler never stopped working to prove my innocence and present my side of the story to the City of Denver. At the time, I also didn't have the financial ability to pay the firm everything upfront. Tyler assured me that the office would work with me and allow partial payments throughout the case. That understanding and compassion meant a lot to me during an already incredibly stressful time. Tyler is a young, talented, dedicated attorney and, from my experience, someone who genuinely cares about his clients. He ultimately got my case completely dismissed and closed, and I will forever be grateful for the work he put into my case. I cannot thank Tyler and the Jacob E. Martinez Law Firm enough for the incredible service, dedication, and support they provided me. If you ever find yourself in a situation similar to mine, I highly recommend consulting with this firm, and I would strongly suggest asking to be connected with Tyler Selcer. Thank you, Tyler, for believing in me and fighting for me when I needed it most. It truly made a difference.

He's incredibly quick to respond in all aspects, whether it's answering client questions, dealing with opposing counsel, or responding to judicial inquiries. He will hold your hand and guide you through everything, preparing for trial, taking the stand, and making tough decisions with total confidence. And here's the truth, Mike knows the law better than most attorneys and even many judges. His command of case law, procedure, and courtroom dynamics is next level. If you choose to hire Kimberly to help you with your legal situation, you will be in great hands--she has one of the very best legal minds in Colorado and is one of the most competent and professional attorneys in the state. She is so responsive via both text and email, and responded to my various requests and acted upon them immediately while also providing her patient insight and guidance along the way. In the courtroom, Kimberly commands the respect of her peers and the judges because of her legal acumen and alacrity. Denver has a very large immigrant population from Central and South America, and it is impressive to see Kimberly's bilingual Spanish speaking skills in action when other legal professionals in the courtroom need help communicating with defendants, witnesses, etc., which she does out of the goodness of her heart. I am so grateful to have found such a hard-working and caring lawyer to help me with my case. Kimberly did considerable research for me, which she could not even do online (she had to go on foot to certain courthouses in order to review various documents for me) and was able to spot the errors in other attorney's filings, which proved to be very beneficial. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!!
