He said he would be willing to take my case on based on the info I provided and quoted me an extremely fair rate. He could have been like other attorneys and not believed me when I told him it was an unjust arrest. He wasn't. He told me it sounded like I had an unjust arrest and he would be able to tell once he got a copy of the discovery but from what I told him he was willing to represent me. I hired him, he got the discovery and sent me a copy immediately. he then said he would probably call me later in the evening after he reviewed it. I received a call from him around 2pm and he said that I was correct and it was not a proper arrest. The DA threw the case out the very first court appearance! Thank you Grant! Best money I've spent in my life! Last time I will be searching reading reviews looking for a lawyer! Picking a lawyer when your freedom depends on it is the hardest but look no further he is hands down my choice!

However, after a few messages, Mr. Grant literally stopped messaging me... it's very sad that even though you deal with criminal people and bad people I was a victim. I was abused. I was beaten I know that your job is to be coldhearted, but shouldn't you have some type of more values for when someone was literally attacked I don't know. I'm not an attorney. I definitely would not recommend this man at all. It was very irresponsible to ignore the response. I gave him and my condition EDIT REVIEW: I hope that whoever decides to hire grant for an attorney, they can clearly see that this man has anger issues. First of all this is a business and you really probably shouldn't be bringing in personal reasons on why you cannot interact with somebody that's trying to conduct business I didn't need to hear about you putting your child to sleep. You could've simply just apologized for making someone that was beaten And got out of the hospital for the second time a little bit more courtesy and a little bit more empathy if you can understand what I mean, sir. I believe your response is completely inappropriate and your response is beyond unprofessional and it kind of makes sense why you only have two reviews one is only a four star and your other one is a one star from me. I think that I've proven my point on what kind of representation you can get to anybody thanks for the luck grant!

Mr. Pisani was able to recommend proactive traffic classes and review of the citation to successfully reduce the infraction to just that...an infraction 5 levels below the original citation. Cannot recommend Mr. Pisani enough. I hope never to need an attorney again, but if I ever find myself in a similar situation, I know where to start.

If you are facing DUI charges in Denver and want to get the best possible outcome for your case,…read morethere is no better law firm than Tiftickjian Law, and you won't regret a single dollar you spend toward securing his counsel. Jay and his team will save you so much hardship, time, and money, both in the short-term and long-term, I truly cannot recommend Tiftickjian Law more highly. If you aren't sure which attorney to hire, I encourage you to reach out to Jay, as well as several other attorneys. From the very first interaction, you'll notice a clear difference with Tiftickjian Law. The responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge Jay provided in just the first hour consultation was far more than any other attorney. Choosing which law firm to secure was still difficult but I am immensely grateful I chose Jay. The experience with Tiftickjian Law was consistent throughout my case. The quality of service I received from the first interaction carried all the way through to negotiating a deal with the DA and Sentencing. You can tell Jay is highly respected within Denver County, both by the DA's and the Judges, which is incredibly important to consider if you want the best possible outcome for your case. Every DUI case is different but, without going into details, mine did not look good and the cards were not in my favor. I cannot stress enough how significant of a difference Jay's advise made in the outcome of my case. Ultimately, it's on you to take action and do what he advises but if you follow his directive, you'll put yourself in the best position possible for Jay to get you a good outcome. I could not be happier or more grateful for the outcome of my case. I'm grateful to Judge Lombardi, the DA's office, and absolutely Jay Tiftickjian for representing me in the best possible light to the Court, and for providing context that may often go overlooked. My DUI was reduced to a DWAI and my sentencing was absolutely just and fair. I owe a lot of that to all the preliminary work and guidance of Jay and Tiftickjian Law, at large. Thank you very much, Jay. You provide an extremely valuable service and I'm extremely grateful you are in Denver County and I was able to secure you as my attorney. Take care and best wishes to everyone at the Firm. I'll be recommending anyone else who needs your services.

She is so responsive via both text and email, and responded to my various requests and acted upon them immediately while also providing her patient insight and guidance along the way. In the courtroom, Kimberly commands the respect of her peers and the judges because of her legal acumen and alacrity. Denver has a very large immigrant population from Central and South America, and it is impressive to see Kimberly's bilingual Spanish speaking skills in action when other legal professionals in the courtroom need help communicating with defendants, witnesses, etc., which she does out of the goodness of her heart.
