In an emergency situation I expected at least a minimum of courtesy or professionalism, but instead I found complete indifference and unprofessionalism. I didn't even get a bike here, just a mom traveling in the area…read morewith a broken stroller and in desperate need of a wrench and some WD-40 - I passed in front and thought it might be worth a shot - 15 minutes to close on a Friday night and Stefan generously lent me the much needed WD40 and wrench to get my stroller and baby back on the road. If this is the kind of customer service a random stranger gets I can't even imagine the experience as a paying customer! A++++++ would recommend!!! Hope to be back to rent a bike one day!
