They're somewhat enjoyable to watch so when passing through we'd stop for a bit. This place also made a nice area to jog and you can easily walk the perimeter. You can't really go near the water or the birds due to a railing. So unless you decide to break that rule then you can't really mess around with either and either can't bother you. I can't imagine it's worth going to the water as there is a lot of bird waste lining the banks of the lake. Despite that its not particularly smelly or gross... the rain makes short work of the waste and there are plenty of benches for sitting on the sidewalk underneath the trees. All in all, beautiful little area with all sorts of wildlife to watch.

The…read morereason that I ended up here was because we wanted to go and see the building where the European Parlaiment meets, which happens to be around here (and is a bit of a hike from the nearest Metro station, which is one of the great things about central London and Paris - you are never too far from a metro station). However, the park does have a lovely lake, and seems to be one of those places perfect from quiet afternoon stroll. There is a little lake inside the park, and fountain. It is really relaxing. The park itself surround by different building and houses, it is quite nice to see some greens in this area. Although the Jubelpark isn't so far away, they got really different style. This one tend to be more relaxing and down to earth. There isn't much special thing inside the park, but I like the atmosphere here, I can imagine that I would come here quite often if I was a local. Just for some walks, chilling with friend or just read a book or two.

Okay, we didn't spend a huge amount of time…read morewandering around it namely because it was getting a little dark and we were trying to locate a laundromat (I'm starting to call them wash salons for some bizarre reason - maybe it is because that is what the Germans call them). Anyway this certainly isn't what I would call a boring park since there are quite a few things to do here, even if lying on the grass and having a snooze is your idea of doing something in a park (though make sure nobody steals your bag if that is what you are doing). As I wandered through here I did encounter some play equipment and a rather pleasant lake. However, the great thing about the park was simply its greenery, even in the early evening the place was pleasant.

So happy to find this place only a 15 minute drive from home…read more Plenty of space to walk around. Paths to ride bikes or run. Lake to fish. There's a big playground with plenty of shade. Downside for me personally is the sand but other than that my oldest (6 years old) enjoyed our visit here. They also have some tennis courts but not sure how it works out to utilize them or if they provide gear or not. There's a "bar" area but not sure what they serve besides beer, fries and ice cream. Nice place to take photographs.
