They're coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and can help any athlete at any level to improve. On top of all of that, the experience was also multi-cultural! Many tables were free, but they did not allow me to wait. So, the cafeteria lost about € 60 in 30 minutes. And we will certainly not come back to this place. So, long-term income is also lost.

Lorsque j'ai signalé la situation, l'employé m'a répondu de manière désinvolte en me disant de "me calmer" et que les enfants avaient le droit de sauter. Cela contredit totalement les règles affichées. Encore plus incompréhensible : on m'a expliqué qu'il est interdit de sauter d'un côté, mais autorisé d'un autre. Où est la logique ? Le personnel manque clairement de professionnalisme et ne semble pas se soucier de la sécurité ni du confort des clients. Les règles devraient être appliquées de manière cohérente, et les remarques des clients prises au sérieux. Je ne reviendrai pas.
