I had the weel stripped - ready for the job. 1) IMPOSSIBLE to help me right away, because they are so encredibly busy and you need a 5-year study at NASA and it will take a couple of hours at least 2) IMPOSSIBLE to give me the name of the tool for truing this wheel (bontrager aura 5 tlr, which is TREK, they are supposed to be specialized in TREK) because ... hold on ... c'est introuvable. It cannot be found, like some special key fromThe Lord of the Rings. 3) all the while they (2 persons) have not looked me in the eye once and are inspecting a computerscreen and the wheel for other defects than the one I asked to be mended. 4)They informed me that it will be 2 weeks before I can get the wheel back, because they are on holidays whow. computer says no ... The lady in the shop refused saying they don't repair cycles that are not in good condition (examined the cycle with eyes!). So not recommend this shops for repair..just waste of time visiting them. I didn't even get a bike here, just a mom traveling in the area…read morewith a broken stroller and in desperate need of a wrench and some WD-40 - I passed in front and thought it might be worth a shot - 15 minutes to close on a Friday night and Stefan generously lent me the much needed WD40 and wrench to get my stroller and baby back on the road. If this is the kind of customer service a random stranger gets I can't even imagine the experience as a paying customer! A++++++ would recommend!!! Hope to be back to rent a bike one day!
