Honestly, the way my baby's photos turned out - despite her refusing to have her hair done and not being dressed up - I can't help give this place five stars. Fiesta Photography has taken my kids portraits several times now at their daycare. They always turn out great! They are also very responsive when emailing or calling them. My daughter (just turned 2) and has serious RBF but they were able to get some smiles out of her and captured it beautifully. They're so great with children and know how to make them laugh/smile naturally. They also have really pretty backgrounds/props and even had a live bunny for Spring pictures one year. Everyone was telling me how nice our school pictures/backgrounds/props were. They offer sibling discounts which help us out a lot since both my kids attend the same daycare. My daughter's daycare uses them for Fall and Spring photos and I don't know how they do it but they get the most amazing pictures of my daughter every year! Like, such great poses and smiles and she looks so happy. We have a hard time choosing between the poses because each one is so good! Fiesta photography has been doing the photos at my kids' preschool for at least the past two years and I had been very happy, but they recently changed policies and have been unresponsive to my complaints via email. For siblings, they take individual and sibling photos together which would be really nice, BUT they put the sibling photos as a separate package, so if you have two kids and want to purchase both individual and sibling photos, you have to purchase three separate packages. I asked about this and they do not allow you to combine poses from separate packages (as they used to). They do give a 25% discount for siblings, but unless you have four or more kids, that doesn't even offset the cost of the extra package, much less reduce the cost burden on parents of multiple kids. Lastly, their website is clunky and unintuitive (multiple nested scroll bars, with lots of opportunity for mistakes in the selections). Since I had to buy three separate packages, I was trying to get the minimum for each and I thought I was purchasing a package with a digital download of one of the poses, but instead ended up with a digital copy of an amateurish photo collage that did not resemble the one that displayed while I was making the purchase. I've shared my concerns with the director of our school and am hoping our preschool goes with someone else next year. read more

SAVED THE DAY!! I accidentally erased the photos Fiesta had taken of my little girl and was heartbroken thinking I might not get them back. They were from early 2017 and were the ONLY ones we ordered from her pre-school years, she starts Kindergarten this month. I emailed Fiesta and right away they got back saying they could find the photos and would resend. They said they keep all photos for 2-3 years. It made my day and I'm so grateful. Update: You do offer cheaper package for $25 (2 - 5x7, 2 - 3.5x5 and 1 Classphoto) So I would spend $62.50 for my kiddos for a couple of small old-school printouts without any digital copy. Hey it is is 2015!!! I don't care what paper you are using for the printouts and I'm sure lot of other parents don't care either because like most people they want to the photos in a digital format. This way we can keep the photos for centuries, print them, view them on any devices we want and share them with friends and family around the globe. I'm one of those parents and that means I have to pay at least $163 for 9 Pictures on one CD. Last but not least, the pictures on the CD are taken in a lower 72 dpi resolution instead of 300 dpi. For the $163 (9 Pictures) I would've expected the high resolution pictures we paid for. read more

I am not sure how to frame this thick print. skilled photographer. but, price is too high and I dont like the package options. how about parents pick out multiple pose in 5X7 or 8x10 with class photo for reasonable price. It is an achievement to get my child to sit still. so, I would like all the good poses taken and the class photo as well. but, I want to pick what I want and the business have a certain print cost for a particular size. The company processed our order incorrectly and tried to blame us for it. When communicating with Kelly about the wrong order, she was rude and declined our request for the refund on mailing the package back for correction. It took over three weeks after I mailed the package back to get the new package. I did not get a confirmation the package was in the mail until I emailed asking for an update. Not impressed with this businesses customer service. Sad to say this because the photos turned out good but I will not recommend fiesta photography to anyone. read more

I get so excited when I get the flyers that Fiesta Photography is coming to my child's daycare! They always take the best pictures of my lil man. He always has a perfect smile and the cutest poses! He even raves about how much fun taking the pictures were. He has taken pictures with them 3 times and each time they bring the best props related to the season. They seem to have come out good from what I can see online but I am yet to receive the actually prints as we were late putting the order in (my fault, not there's). They offer several options for photo packages, but if you're late ordering you incur an additional postage fee to your home (understandable I guess).
