Very Disappointing Experience - Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service…read moreI had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid upfront for a picture, and it took a long time just to get a session scheduled. After everything was done, I never received the picture I paid for. I reached out multiple times trying to get an update, but the lady kept giving me the runaround. She repeatedly told me she was going to send me a tracking number and ship my picture, but every time I texted her, I was given the same excuse and the same promises with no results. The lack of communication, honesty, and professionalism was extremely frustrating. I held up my end by paying for the service upfront, but the company failed to deliver what I paid for. I should not have to constantly chase someone down for a product I already purchased. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Customers deserve honesty, accountability, and the products they pay for--not repeated excuses and empty promises.
