This hotel is now called the Grand Fiesta Americana, and I'd say the name change is fitting. Remodeled lobby is comfortable, modern, and functional. Nice lobby bar to sit and have a beverage. The room I had was a standard two-double-bed room and it was huge. Nice table and desk to get some work done and a nice wall-mounted TV. The bed was very comfortable (well one of them was, I didn't sleep on both). Huge closet with plenty of shelves, hangers, and even an iron & ironing board (international travelers know how rare this is)! The bathroom has a great enclosed shower with rain shower head. Definitely the place to stay if you're in the area on business. read more
