He even put booties over his shoes without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. He knew exactly how to install the missing piece and took the time to troubleshoot additional issues after the installation and filter replacement, including pressurizing the tank. From their install team installing a completely different unit in my attic than the one I purchased, them telling me I am wrong, having to crawl in my attic to send them pictures of the unit tag to prove I am not incompetent, to having them come back out a second time to fix my drywall and replace my CO2 smoke sensor because the brackets on the unit were installed in a manner that clearly did not allow my drain pan to securely fit under my coil, to their maintenance team not performing thorough inspection on our unit. It has been a complete frustrating ordeal. I have expressed clear and concise requests and receive confirmations that are not seen through. I don't write reviews because everyone should make their own decisions but I truly believe I am not the only one dealing with these matters and hopefully can help someone else avoid them in viewing this. When asked, I do not recommend this company. Decided on NexGen because of their availability and competitive pricing. Now know I should have gone with our local company for peace of mind and customer service. Good luck everyone!

But for the low price of 20K but they could cut us a deal and do it for 17k..he could have us back up and running.. pass,,, We called a friend who actually did some diagnosis and come to find out the evaporator was NOT clogged and the bearings were fine. Plus the air filter was dirty and all it was to blame was a contactor relay in the AC condenser which only cost us $30 plus a from Amazon. plus a new Filter for about $20 and we were up and running. I get business is slow but but to deliberately make a false claim it is shameful.

Chris and Joe were my techs and gave me excellent service, great feedback and advice to make my lines better for the future and were just good guys. We had to sump dump the fluids first, then the line opening showed up and we snaked from the line to the street and the line to house. They did it twice in both directions to give me that peace of mind. I don't know plumbing and they did show me a picture of what how my connection was configured. I wish I would of asked for that picture. Please send if you see this. I want to make that correction in the future and extend my cleanout about 6 inches in height. He found that the refrigerant was low and that the pressures weren't resetting as they should. He recharged the system, reconnected my electrostatic filter, and took the time to explain what might be causing the issue, as well as discuss possible future options. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I felt confident in his assessment and appreciated that he never tried to pressure me into unnecessary repairs or a replacement. Thanks to Fierce Plumbing Inc my house is not under water. I woke up this morning and came downstairs to find out there was water all over my kitchen floor. In a panic I was unsure what to do. I quickly ran back up stairs and grabbed my phone and googled plumbers near me. I called the first two company's that popped up and they both told me the soonest I could get an appointment was the next day after 10 am. With no such luck I kept searching and came across fierce plumbing, I called them right away and Suzette answered the phone and was very polite and reassured me that they would be able to have some one out to my home with in the hour. After booking my appointment, not even 10 minutes went by and I received a call from the technician Joe Z saying he was on his way and he asked me if I was able to turn the water off to my home to stop the leak. After explaining to him I didn't know how to shut the water off, he was able to walk me through on how to find my shut off and I was able to stop the leak while he was on his way. 15 minutes later Joe showed up at my front door, he was very professional and showed empathy towards my situation and assured me that everything was going to be okay and that he was going to be able to get my problem resolved. After assessing the issue he identified my leak was coming from a broken pipe under my concrete slab. After providing multiple options to repair we went with his recommendations to reroute the water pipe. Joe stayed till my problem was fixed and work very neatly and clean. He made sure that when he was finished I was happy and satisfied with his service. WOW! FIERCE PLUMBING YOU ARE AWESOME! I will definitely recommend you to all my neighbors, friends and family's. I had a leaking pipe underneath our sink up stairs which started to lead to water damage and was getting worse, I tried calling multiple plumbing companies and had no one available right away or show the care and interest until I called Fierce plumbing, right away I had a plumber named Joe answer I was instantly impressed at his sense of urgency for my call and took the time to break it down and explain what needed to be done, we scheduled a time which he arrived promptly and professionally, he was very thorough, took care of what needed to be repaired. We found water under our kitchen sink and coming out from under the cabinets. We contacted Fierce Plumbing, late on a Sunday afternoon and Joe came over immediately and identified the problem. He immediately called out a dry out company and within a few hours we were assisted in filing our insurance claim. The next day Joe returned and repaired the plumbing issue and cleaned up all of the mess. We highly recommend Fierce Plumbing and will use them for all our plumbing needs. read more

When I made the call, Joe came by in less than six hours and gave me numbers that I was really happy with. The next day, I had a new one installed and ready to go.
