He did say he would get the quote to me the following day (so two days after the initial phone call). The quote didn't come due to him saying he was having computer troubles but two days later we got the quote. Looked at reviews for this guy and they were positive as well as he was local and that was one of our deciding factors was using local company. Was told it the work would be two days and possibly three to replace our roof and gutters would come along at the end. It took almost all three days, but due to weather that was understandable. The problem started when the men who worked on our roof didn't leave the extra roof tiles and when I asked Cory about it he said they should have and later he said that he would pick them up and drop them off at my house after the weekend. (Mind you these are the extra roof tiles that we already paid for and we wanted them incase for some reason a shingle(s) blow off). Everything was going fine up to that point. When I call he puts me right to voicemail, and no response to texts. I didn't understand why he would ghost me when things went smoothly and well. Still waiting for the roof tiles and will update when everything is as it should be but he is communicating with me again which I honestly just wanted to know what was going on and when I reached out over the week and a half to nothing, nothing, nothing I was to assume he blew me off but after he finally reached back out to me that wasn't the case.
