The Whole justice system needs an overhaul especially related to Money in Common law issues...its the Old boys club in Campbell River...even with the female lawyers ! I am not pleased ...I tried three times to get someone to help and it should have been easy...money, flooring, time, work and appliances was paid into a rent to own house and everyone reaped the rewards of a housing market rise except for the money that I contributed... Thanks Guys so much for not helping...the only thing I feel good about is that there is always Karma.

Well nothing but total disgust and disregard for this so called Lawyer. Do Not Waste your time, and a tip.. if you have any issue with the City of School Board, hire a Lawyer from out of town, then there is no conflict of interest.
