They helped me with a couple of computer issues and also with a printer. I had a bad experience at another computer shop in Campbell. I caught the owner lying to me, and to my face, and he was also very pushy. Odyssey is far different and if you have a computer issue I highly recommend contacting them. We were sent an e-mail whenever something arrived for us, which was very convenient. I will definitely be using this service at this store again next year!

Well Sebastian, your poorly run branch will never see another dollar from me and I will be telling everyone I know about how I was ripped off and treated.
