I called them from there and Josh was nothing but a nice and honest. He called me back within minutes with a quote on the repair. My insurance company towed it in to their shop and in 15 minutes being at the, we had an exact estimate in our hands. The mechanic in the back was honest and helpful explaining the situation and what not. They were closing for the day so we locked it up and not being from here, we had to find a place to stay and find a ride. Well every employee at this shop checked on us and made sure we were OK and if we needed a ride they would give us one. Well the owner himself, Terry gave us a ride to a nearby inn. He even walked in with us to make sure we had a room before he drove off. Next morning we stopped by the shop with my situation and Terry and everyone there kindly worked with us. They helped us so much and one day I will return the favor. All in all, this shop is nothing but the best. They definitely have their priorities straight and their customer service is amazing. I wish I could do more for them but I'm hoping that this review will get the word out bout their shop and that they're are great people out there in the world still. We were stranded on I-40 and had our car towed to Cabot, AR. We were referred to them through the…read moretow company that picked up our car. These guys rearranged other work to fit us in, fix our car and get us back on the road before they closed for the day. Not only all of this but we were stranded at a local hotel without transportation, they came to our hotel to get our key fob to work on the car and then came back to our hotel to pick me up and take me to get my car. As far as I am concerned they went out of their way to help us and get everything taken care of the way that they did. They also didn't charge through the nose to fix what needed fixed, they did so at a great value to us. They were all extremely friendly and joking around with each other and their customers in the shop. The gentleman who owns the shop also gave me his card with his number and told me that if we had any more trouble to call him. He could only help us so far out but he could recommend someone that could help us between Cabot, AR and our destination of Ft. Worth, TX. I would 100% recommend this shop and their emplolyees!
