The guy instead of changing the battery, broke the phone. I got to speak 3 different representative each one had a different story, the worst one was the second guy I spoke to, saying they would sell me an iPhone 6 at a discount instead of them fixing what they did. I told them this is a spare phone I don't need a new phone it was my spare that I needed the battery changed that is all. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. Oh and also the last message they told me was that there is always a risk in fixing phones that they could break it, funny I just needed the battery changed that's all. Why the hell did they not tell me that in the first place. Again go somewhere else people, with service like that you are better off breaking your phone on your own.

No communication AT ALL about my phone, when I called multiple times there was no answer, I constantly had to go to the store to check on my phone. I spent almost $300 to replace battery and screen. They messed up the volume while doing so, okay, mistakes happen, they fixed this. Then, there was an issue with the charging, and google asistant kept popping up, to the point I could barely use my phone without this happening. This didn't happen before they 'fixed' it. I was very polite, told them about the problems, he insisted it was fixed (again, no communication about the status of my phone) but NOPE. So I buy a new phone and I could tell he felt badly - he looked at me like 'how do I fix this?" ummm you're the phone expert, not me!! I thought the least he would do is give me $20 earphones for free. Nope, that resulted in a huge argument (I rarely even argue with people). I usually don't even write reviews, but I was so frustrated with their service and repair.
