I called them in advance and they told me they would price match with Staples which had it for cheaper. I drove for an hour to get there. They bring me the Ipad and they tell me to show them the price on Staples website which I did. Staples was showing out of stock on their website so the lady that was helping me out refused to do a price match saying it has to be in stock in order for them to price match. I went to the best buy in Richmond hill location that same night after Centre Point staff refused to sell me the Ipad and the people at Richmond Hill location told me is no such a rule for price matching and they were surprised that Best Buy Mobile at Centre Point mall refused to sell me the Ipad. I guess the lady at Centre Point Mall just didn't want to sell the Ipad to me.

A repair like this should last much longer. This raises a concern about the quality of parts and workmanship. Initially Tom offered to check with their supplier, and then he declined to accept that the cause can be poor workmanship or defective part. He became visibly upset and declined to accept responsibility. He started to manipulate the situation and refused to investigate the issue further. He artificially created a situation to stop the repair and refused to provide his manager contacts His attitude was rude and unprofessional. I had a very poor experience and received service that was far below expectations, especially for the $180 I paid. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. They use bad quality parts with little to no warranty.
