I contacted the seller the next day and he said, it would be available to ship after 2 days. Nothing happened after 2 days . I tried to cancel the order today (after several days of waiting), June 14, 2023 but the seller said he would ship it that day . Mr. Mason Shapiro, the owner quickly charged me even though he hadn't shipped the products. He did provided tracking number but it was very clear that up to now he hasn't shipped the item. He just provided a shipping label without actually shipping it. The tracking number is Purolator 334158737323 & 334158737331 (Purolator.com is the website to track it). . It clearly stated in tracking number that it was never been shipped. I suspect the item isn't really available in the store based on the reviews left for him by other customers . I want to refund the item because I am nervous that if I was scammed by electronics for less in Canada. After emailing to cancel the order, the seller isn't responding anymore to my emails. The people who had bad experience with Mr. Shapiro (the owner) said that he is selling items not really available in the store. It may take several months to get the item. I asked them to cancel and request it back. 3- The laptop comes with the SSD in a separate case! The tech desk puts it in for me. 4- I go home, and the SSD is not recognizable 5- I take it back. The same person told me, "The HQ removed the chip from the SSD as part of the data recovery". So, I asked them to put it back. They had to send it back to HW for that "chip soldering." 6-another few weeks, and I get the same SSD back. They told me that it could not be fixed. I must have taken it somewhere else!!!! The owner Glen, is a super chill guy, he practically lives here with his shop hours being so broad. This is his retirement hobby, from being a computer engineer, so he really seems to know a lot and is not pushy or trying to sell me more than I needed. I had dropped my all in one HP computer while it was running, onto my leg and it broke it inside. He said it would take 1-2 days to figured out if the problem was 1 of 2 things. Software reinstall was $89 plus tax(which ended up being my issue) or a hardware fix being south of $200. The shop sits right off of Yonge st just a walk north of Major Mackenzie, it's mainly street parking unless you park behind the plaza or the church. I drive by here often and have never noticed this place, but it's been here for years.
