This place has great customer service and the employees are extremely friendly. They were very understanding of my situation and worked with me to figure out the best loan for me! Everything was efficient and I didn't feel like I was being scammed in any way by them. I'm a college student and working on my credit, so it's obviously not the greatest, and I was so worried I would get turned down again, especially with how badly I needed this loan to work out, but the people at Car Loan Title were like saviors and gave me a loan without any hassle. After a few minutes she tells me she'll be right with me. Then when I told her my account number, I told her old yeah? And she says yeah. All orher tellers from the other branches just laugh with me but not this one. Then I told her I wanted to withdraw $200 from my checking account, one big bill, 50 $1 bills and the rest in $5. When she counted the money in two batches, the bills were all over the counter, and she just left it there for me to pick up the mess. I will avoid this branch in the future unless I absolutely have to use it and hope I don't get this teller again. I know it's hard to find workers but this one leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Kane'ohe/Aikahi branch is usually better but it's a long drive. Overall, been a member of NFCU for over 50 years and the NFCU has only helped me once. The rest of the time I keep a small balance and use it for ATM withdrawals for my own convenience because they claim to be the world's largest credit union and have branches all over. Don't rely on NFCU for car loans, mortgages, HELOCs, and other loan instruments. Try another credit union, an online loan merchant, or even a bank and you may get better terms and service.

She doesn't know how to use a smart phone or computer. She barely understands basic banking, so we do our best to help her where we can. She takes the handivan to and from work everyday and brings home little over $200 a month for the few hours that she works. One of us siblings will take her to the bank to cash her two checks for the month. When going to the bank she is a bit unorthodox in her requests, many times confusing the teller and not fully understanding what the teller is saying. But i gotta tell you, I tip my hat to the service folks at pearlridge branch. They are amazing. Sometimes they are taken aback at the things she makes them do, but their patience and professionalism is incredible. I'm glad that my sister can experience the privilege of working and earning a paycheck, and then being treated so well at the bank despite her challenges.

This credit union has hand sanitizers all over the place. Of course everyone, employees and customers must wear masks. I love Hickam Credit Union and my biggest account located. This First Hawaiian Bank is located just right on the edge of Pearlridge Center near Pali Momi and one reasons I do love this location is that they have parking that's dedicated to the bank regardless being part of the mall. This bank has been here for as far as I can remember and with that the layout is quite spacious with a massive outdoor area in comparison to many of the other locations but the was zero wait and with the help of a lovely teller the gentleman was a delight and was on my way in just minutes...it's just still frustrating that I'm unable to process my check any other way than directly walking in.
