That happened twice and I'm only 5 minutes away so I drove down there because she said they were so busy. When I got there no one was in there and they didn't seem busy at all. Literally empty store. They wouldn't help me and actually told me they were closing earlier than their hours said. (I think it was 7:20 and it said they stay open until 8 something like that)... She even said "it's not safe for you to be in here"- like huh what? That made no sense to say what was she trying to do scare me I was advised by my credit card company's customer service that this location was on their verified list of places that do cash advances. The lady said no we don't do that and we are closing. Overall tbh it was a bad experience the lady was trying to be nice but not really. I imagine she deals with people she doesn't want to talk to a lot all day but where was the aloha ya know, anyways they were closing early and they couldn't help me so that was that. It was probably my angels telling me sista you don't need money this way! Get out of here girl I really don't think it's a good idea to ask for money from these places because the debt you'll be in is a bad idea. Please anybody reading this try to never be in debt in your life because these interest rates here and everywhere are totally out of control. God bless you guys.

I am absolutely clueless when it comes to auto insurance jargon and the staff worked collectively as a unit to explain everything and answer all my questions about no fault and full coverage. They were extremely patient with me and my lack of understanding. I love how the entire office felt like a family and didn't hesitate helping each other to help us accomplish our goals! They were able to help us find the most discounts possible and get us the best possible rate. Working in customer service I left this office feeling a bit envious that my own office environment isn't this inviting or family orientated. It was truly an amazing feeling. They even gave my daughter a coloring book and crayons to occupy her self while we were here. That was truly amazing!! Allstate has a loyal customer in me and I will continue singing their praises to anyone who inquires about auto insurance

DLS states that they billed UHA, the wrong insurance co., even though they have successfully billed BC/BS multiple times in the past year for lab services under my name. Instead of correcting the situation, or showing the slightest degree of professionalism towards a Hawaii medical provider who has enriched them with thousands of lab orders over the past 22, they turned the fraudulent bills over to collections. My credit score has been deeply damaged as a result of the fraudulently billing and unethical business practices. Ed of Aargon #112 was rude and dismissive towards me regarding bills I am no t responsible for and the subsequent damage to my good name and credit score. He asserts no managers are available to resolve the situation. He like Michelle C. of Diagnostic Labs of Hawaii were unprofessional and mean spirited. Michelle C. also does not a manager, apparently. This leaves me with the only recourse of reporting such illegal business practice to the authorities. I am forwarding complaint to Hawaii DCCA and the Hawaii Insurance commissioner regarding both parties and their unwillingness to correct fraud on their parts. Sincerely, Elizabeth Bush APRN
