We have been trying to dissolve this account, as it was part of our trust for three months. Everyday we have to call and we're told that we need to sign a different form. They are made us jump through so many hoops! We are trying to grieve and they do not care! This company is stealing our money. And lying to us about what we need to do to clear this up. Never, if you have a choice use this company!!! They will screw over your loved ones at their time of need. They claim it's corporate policies, you can never speak to anyone. When you leave messages they call you back after the market closes, so they do not have to give you your money. You have a lot of choices when investing money, do not choose Morgan Stanley!!
