Al was prompt with his responses and answered all my questions from the beginning. The ladies were on time and started right away, and the price was more than reasonable for all the work they did. As soon as they were done I received a call from my mother-in-law raving about what an amazing job the ladies had done. She said they cleaned EVERYTHING, even inside on the refrigerator, how clean and shiny everything looked, she was truly amazed and said "mommy would be proud". Thank you to Al, and the hardworking ladies who did such an incredible job, AND won me some brownie points with my mother-in-law! We appreciate you and will definitely be scheduling monthly cleanings with you SOON.

Last night as we were in our living room, the valance came Off my custom blinds. The clip is missing and it was just put back up there. I was very disappointed they did not advise me they broke something. It would have been an accident, but now I feel deceived. Today, I went to use one of my appliances on my counter and pulled it back and it was not cleaned. That entire section of my kitchen was missed. Cabinets and countertop. So my elation turned to sadness. My upstairs they did a great job on. They cleaned all my appliances awesome. I liked The owners wife very much. Overall I was happy in the bigger picture.

BEWARE of this company. Had personal experience I would not…read morerecommend anyone using this company extremely expensive and the cleaning crew is very not professional I have photos of how my home was left with mold on the wall and grease stains above my kitchen counters nothing was cleaned Immaculate the website is very deceiving and misleading try to speak to the owner about giving me somewhat of a partial refund but they did not want to come to any sort of agreement besides offering me a pamphlet on how to clean which is highly offensive coming from a disabled person and also offering me a small discount if I decide to use their business again which I would never. One of the cleaning women took a butter knife out of my kitchen Rack I kid you not and used it to clean the grooves out in my dishwasher how professional is that? I have cameras in my home and watched this. Also I was told they speak very well English the one woman did needs it not speak English at all the woman that did did not understand what I was trying to tell her , when I voice to them after giving a large amount of money and I even was kind enough to give a tip I told her the house wasn't cleaned as I was told it was supposed to be deep cleaning !!! And she turned around and said well the house is old, when I touch the towel rack it Falls, that's no excuse they should have told their boss before proceeding on the Cleaning. They rushed out and not even two and a half hours with $380 with a tip. And they Cleaned 1 tiny kitchen and 1 bathroom the rest of the house was off limits due to disabled people that occupy the rooms they did not care because the home was old. So I called the BBB and Monmouth County Community Affairs. The Owner didn't seem to care. Maybe people will read before they call this agency . Not even using their own cleaning supplies they used my Lysol peroxide as well as my bucket to mop and also my paper towels so I want professional for that amount of money. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THE OWNER WILL NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! GOOD LUCK !
