Overall, Stall & Oat is a good facility however it is worth the price. The website gives false…read moreinformation on what full care entails, if you're full care they don't provide mats or shavings for your stall (you must provide), there is not an area to put your tack so hopefully you have a trailer and hopefully they have room for it, full care horses are still charged if you want your horse turned out in the pasture during the day and they can only go out on certain days, they state online that "SimpliFly supplement" is included but it is NOT, if you have alfalfa there is NOWHERE to put it so you must buy a bin or keep it in your trailer, if your horse is colicing and you are during with another emergency you better find someone to go help quick because the workers at the barn and owners will only help you for a short while (aka be there or 30 or your horse is SOL), if you are partial care you have to provide an area for your hay or they throw it straight into the mud, and (most lovely of all) keep a very close eye on what they are feeding your horse because they tend to under feed and cause your horse to colic. Both of my horses were in amazing condition before I showed up and when it was time for me to finally go, both of the were skin and bones. Oh and if you are a student, don't think you will be treated like an adult, Angie will treat you like a compete low life and make it clear that she thinks she is better than you. Oh and if she doesn't think you are a good owner she will call you parents and say that you are neglecting your horse and that if you don't take the horse into her friend's vet that your horse is going to die. Yes that actually happened, and I already had the vet out to the barn and kept in contact with them for 7 days following, and the vet stated that my horse was fine and was not going to die. So beware of Angie and her around your horse. The barn overall is not horrible, but at the same time I do not recommend boarding here.
