I bought a guitar from a Guitar Center in California that was pictured with a tremolo bar, but it didn't ship with one. The original store said they'd send it, but it never showed up. What truly impressed me was how this location handled it. Holden and Steve were absolutely outstanding. Even though the issue wasn't their fault in the slightest, they were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic. They didn't brush me off or make excuses--instead, they went all out, searching high and low through the store to find a tremolo bar that would fit my Jazzmaster. When they ultimately couldn't find a compatible one, they made it right by giving me a $30 store credit to cover the cost. That kind of ownership, effort, and customer care is rare these days. Holden and Steve represent customer service at its absolute best. Because of them, this location has earned my loyalty, and I'll be coming back here for all my future music needs. His truck and box trailer were immaculate, organized, perfectly designed to move pianos with moving blankets, straps, etc. Steve carefully moved and guided the piano through the house, down the stairs, out and to his trailer perfectly. No bumps, no close calls. He drove carefully to the house where the piano was to be delivered and easily moved it up the stairs and down a narrow hallway with about 1/2 inch passage space on either side of the piano and placed it carefully where it belonged. I can easily recommend him without any reservation. He has over 30+ years of experience, and it shows. He also tunes pianos. His price for the move was very reasonable. It is obvious he enjoys his profession and strives for excellence.

As I was getting ready to leave, Charlie kindly opened the door and informed me that the store wasn't open on Mondays, but offered his assistance nonetheless. I explained that I needed clarification about my instrument rental agreement. Charlie was incredibly professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond my expectations--not only did he thoroughly explain the details, but he also took the initiative to call the rental company directly to obtain the accurate information I needed. I even offered to come back on another day, but Charlie insisted on helping me right then and there. There's an emphasis on music theory, even when it's not his favorite thing to do. She's an excellent instructor and is very good with younger students. She's patient, yet thorough. In addition to piano, the school offers guitar, voice, violin, percussion and DJ skills. They recently upgraded the cozy waiting area to include a split screen monitor that shows video feeds from all of the practice rooms. This gives me confidence that someday my son won't want me to sit in the small practice room with him. It's roomy enough for a student and instructor, but I don't aspire to be a helicopter mom--I would prefer to sit in the lobby. They offer snacks, water, tea and coffee for eating parents. The snack bowl usually has cereal bars as well as apples and is my son's second favorite part of each lesson. There are two optional recitals each year. And there's an instrument supply store that also offers rentals. If you're looking for a music school, especially for little ones, this is an excellent option.
