He never returns phone calls, is very short and hurried when you meet in person, forgot to include our rental income and had to amend our taxes and most frustrating of all his whole office is horrible at communicating. MULTIPLE times last year we had to follow up on where we were at only to be told they were waiting for some documentation from us and we had never been informed they were needing something further (or in one of the instances we had already sent the documentation and they'd forgotten). Anyway, don't waste your time and go find someone who can give you some of theirs and do what you pay them for.
