The long story short is that Ali was incredibly helpful (and patient) and I will be getting my…read moretaxes done with her forever now. I was putting off doing my taxes because I had too many documents that I don't know the name of or how they work. I use turbo tax every year and every year turbo tax gets more expensive and my return gets lower, so this year I figured "why am I going to pay over $300 for a bad return?". So I asked Ali what I can do about it because I work near her business and she told me "let me see". Less then an hour later, my taxes were filed, I got 3x the return I was expecting, I paid significantly less then I would for turbo tax (I DoorDash time to time and TurboTax charges you 2x because you are now an "independent contractor"), and I feel like I even walked out understanding the forms a little better. Honestly she's great, the office is really nice, the parking and accessibility was great, and even the other staff were very nice and patient with me trying to explain what forms I had and didn't have. 10/10 will go again next year.

When i…read morebegan my quest for an agent, i had already sat down with two other agents before i met with Darrell. Although the first two agents were good people as i believe most agents are, i felt Darrell was the best choice. If you want an agent who is respectful, optimistic, and professional, do yourself a favor and include Mr. Oliviera in the interview process in your search for an agent.
