Jenn took her time with us and made sure that we were happy with the scents we chose for our candles. The class spends a bit of time talking about scents and how to layer them. Did I learn how to make candles on my own? No. It was more of an introduction to the world of candle making. Give it a try and dip your wick into it. FYI: You get a 15% store wide discount on the day of the workshop. Scents open up more fully in your candle after a few days. One Disappointment: We checked Google and Yelp for their hours and thought we could make it before they closed. We raced over for our candles after work. Google & Yelp HAVE MISINFORMATION about HOURS. We tried to call...no answer. Hours are not posted on their door. So check their website for their hours.

Letsy and Mario were fantastic! We had a conversation on the phone. They came out the next day, took my cushions and re-stuffed them quickly and delivered them as promised, in less than a week, better than new, with new foam, down, wraps and so much more. They cleaned the covers and already checked in to see if they are comfortable, and if I am happy with the results. Couch is comfy and looks brand new again! Good old-fashioned service like this just doesn't exist anymore! Great craftsmanship , transparency, and they were willing to work within my budget. I recommend them highly.!!! What a mistake that was. Got the long sleeve shirt and washed it with some of my other laundry to make sure it was covid safe- whatever. Then I take my clothes out of the dryer and 3 of my favorite WHITE shirts are completely blue/ grey and my limited edition $129 sweatpants were changed to an awful patchy grey color. I DM'd on IG and the owner offers me a STORE CREDIT to return the long sleeve??? It was your negligence of not WARNING customers that washing their "vintage" tie dye shirt was going to wreck all your other clothes if washed together. First of all- this isn't even real vintage. If it was, no one should have even had to think twice about the dye messing up my other clothes. And secondly, to offer just an in-store credit by returning the item is BS. It was an overpriced too anyways, I will not be supporting this business anymore.

I had written to their headquarters last year telling them how desperately we needed a Hobby Lobby in Sonoma County and to my surprise, the first one is now here! I hear a second will be opening too. My daughter and I drove out on a Friday afternoon. It is located in a large open shopping center, so no problems parking here. Beautiful interior, fully stocked, lots of employees working to organize and display more items. It's not just fall here with most items at 40% off, there are already aisles of Christmas products if you want to get a jump on the holiday, most are at 50% off. There is always a lot to experience when you come here and this store seemed quite large. I can happily lose myself here for a very long time. I think if employees were a little more outgoing, it would be even nicer but I suspect they are all new hires so trying to get a handle on the store and their new duties. It seemed like leads were telling staff what to move where and others were just straightening item on shelves. Hopefully, with time and training, the staff will be more approachable and friendly. Opened less than two months and now and with JoAnn's gone, it's nice to know there is a place to get some fabric too. Thank you Hobby Lobby, I no longer have to drive to Fairfield or Tracy to get my fix!

That being said most of the staff are not aware of the usual sales and are rude when you try to correct them about items priced on sale. My first time coming I was checking out, I had bought stuff that were on sale and the sales associate did not discount any and claimed they were not on the weekly sale sheet. I let her know that usually that whole brand is on sale she told me that was not true only certain things and their sales change weekly. I told her yes I know but I also know that everything under the "paper studio" is on sale. Again she told me no and if I had a problem she could call the manager. I was blown away by her quick attitude towards me correcting her. I decided to just let it go and pay full price for the items. Later on I went to the manager myself and they let me know that yes the item was on sale and they corrected my price. The second time I went the same thing happened nothing was discontinued I payed full price for all of the items. When I tried to ask for a correction again the staff was quick to give me attitude and told me I could go to the back and read the sales paper myself. I love hobby lobby but never again will I come to this location. Staff need more training and need to better informed. I just feel bad for all of the people that shop there because they go without know they aren't being priced right. I'll just shop at my local hobby lobby from my hometown where the staff knows what they are doing.
