I went with fiber because their rates were WAY lower than anyone else i talked to. I didn't even have to pay "points" to get the rate. My loan was closed about 2 weeks after i applied. I sent all documents from my phone ... .. i didnt have to go to anyone's office. i didnt have to send any faxes even any emails... i just took pictures with my phone and uploaded to their site. Getting a mortgage sucks (i've gotten several), but this one felt more like a tooth cleaning compared to the standard double root canal. if i need another mortgage i'll be back.
