The day before what would have been the closing date I get an email saying they finally ordered a certificate from the HOA company and wouldnt be closing on time. I called and talk to Toni Lynn the closing agent and was fed nothing but lies about why it was ordered so late. As someone putting everything they have into their home purchase, I would like to say PLEASE do not use this title company, they will not take into consideration your family, time or money. I have never in my 39 years left a yelp review so I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of using this company. DONT DO IT, pick anywhere else.
