He is absorbing the language in a very fun and interactive environment. The first few days were a bit difficult due to the physical bullying he experienced by Debbie M's 4 year old son. I was impressed with the immediate action taken by the school in contacting this parent and looking to resolve the issue. The school requested that Debbie M. help eliminate this negative behavior by remaining present during the class and addressing her son's behavior immediately. Unfortunately she was unwilling to help correct her son's behavior and was therefore asked to remove her son from the class and provided a refund. As unpleasant as this initial situation was, I greatly appreciated the school's determination to provide a healthy and constructive learning environment for all children. **It is an attribute that the Language Workshop For Children will NOT allow one child to ruin the experience for all children. My son is now thriving in this class and is learning the basics of Mandarin through counting, sentence building, and level appropriate conversation. He is now beginning to associate Chinese with play and having fun which increases his eagerness to understand and speak the language. I would highly recommend this class to any parent looking to broaden their child's language skills.

They have an excellent collection, some of which is always on display, is George Inness, the landscape artist who lives in Montclair. The selection of paintings is well curated and often highlights different themes and techniques in the art work. Drawbacks - It is too small to spend more than an hour, two on the outside, there. Some exhibits do not have exhibit plaques next to the paintings, so you have to use on the the bound books to figure out who painted what. Personally I found this unnecessary cumbersome. Very much worth a visit.
