He even made suggestions about which water heater to use. When we decided and purchased it online, he picked it up at the store and installed it promptly. While at the house, we asked about replacing ceiling fans in the FL room. Again, when we decided which fans to purchase, he picked them up at the store for us and did a prompt and clean job installing them. It is great having such a reliable handyman available for our 2nd home.
