You can find their upcoming sales listed on their website. Usually they'll list a bunch of pictures of the items available for the sale a week or so before the sale date. The first day of the sales start on Thursday. Friday the prices are 25% off, and Saturday the prices are 50% off (most items). I think they usually price items well, and going on a Saturday is good because of the 50% off. I also like how the staff wears a uniform. Most, if not all the other estate sale companies are just plan clothed people during the sale and you never know who to ask about a price. They've also got coffee, juice, water, cookies and crackers for you to snack on while you shop. Oh, and they've got music playing so it feels more welcoming. They've also got printed out signs as to what is for sale and what is not, or what areas are out of bounds, other company's have handwritten ones. If you're looking to do something on a Saturday morning, check out an estate sale. You never know what you'll find!

After the sale, the home and items were left in disarray when I arrived several days later. Furniture, decor, craft supplies, and quilts were left outside under the carport, exposed to rain and potential theft. My mother's indoor plants and orchids were put outside and left in the direct sun for over a week and were also ruined. Some closet doors in the house were removed for easier access but were not rehung. I would've assumed they would rehang them but I had to request they come back to hang them. Sheila gets 40% of the sale so I would expect that they do the work to leave the home in a tidy state after the sale.
