We hired Mighty Clean Carpet Care to clean the carpets throughout our home. After the initial…read morecleaning, I had concerns about a few areas that didn't look as clean as I expected, as well as some scraping to the hardwood next to one of the carpeted areas. I emailed the company with my concerns and was extremely impressed with their response. Their main office replied that same evening, and Kevin, the owner, personally contacted me and arranged to come out the following day. He walked through the home with me, came prepared to address anything I wasn't satisfied with, refreshed every area I pointed out, and even repaired the wood where the equipment had caused the scraping. Kevin was professional, personable, and genuinely cared about the quality of the work and making sure I was happy with the final result. Issues can happen with any service--the way a company responds is what really matters. Mighty Clean handled my concerns exceptionally well, and their customer service and commitment to making things right really impressed me. I would absolutely use them again!

Very strange experience…read more I made an inquiry through yelp and they promptly responded with a price. I scheduled with them. The day before our scheduled appointment, they rescheduled because of an emergency. I agreed to an appointment later the next week at noon. At 10 AM, there was somebody knocking on my door and calling my phone. My appointment was for noon but luckily I was home. He entered my house, without asking if he should take his shoes off or not, and then proceeded to check out the couch and say that he would be unable to clean it. The couch is a light couch with extremely light staining. I will attach a picture of the couch that needed to be cleaned. Buyer beware. Initial conversations were just fine but the worker who came to check the couch had 0 customer service knowledge. Awkward experience.

He explained everything and was done quickly. My reason for 3 stars is because on the phone they quoted me $89 to clean the entire couch. The technician then said it would be $250...
