Great customer service and I am not yet a customer. I had my garage floor expoxied and in the…read moreprocess they cleared out the gap between the driveway and the garage floor. The folks who did the work suggested foam backer rod to fill and then a self-leveling sealant. I am 75+ and I don't have these things on hand nor can I operate a caulking gun. Marty called back within an hour and after discussing my issue gave me a reasonable and doable fix, which was to fill the gap with silica or builder's sand and I can use my house broom to level out, etc. He is coming next Spring to look at the drive to see what we might do with that! I'd say give him a call!

We got a few quotes, and Hugo's prices were very comparable to others in the area. But his attitude was outstanding- we knew he was someone we wanted to work with, and we weren't disappointed. My husband works in construction and has a good understanding of concrete work, so he wanted a few things done above and beyond what is considered standard, and Hugo was happy to comply. It's been over a year since the driveway was replaced, and it's still just as beautiful as day one. We've even had strangers stop at our house to ask who did it because it looks so nice. I highly recommend this company. They worked fast, but also with quality and integrity.
