We chose her partial planning option so she worked with us throughout our engagement but we split the workload (which we wanted since, admittedly, it was hard to give up some control). Once we found our other vendors, Mollee did a wonderful job communicating with/between them, keeping us on track, and giving advice/making decisions on design aspects (which is what we felt we needed the most help with: trying to make everything cohesive). Sometimes we asked for advice, and sometimes we completely deferred to Mollee for a design choice, and we couldn't be happier with the result!! We also used her other company, Posh Petals, for our florals, and those turned out amazing as well. The wedding was GORGEOUS, and this might be too much pressure to put on her for the future, but there were literally no issues/hiccups throughout the wedding day (at least that we, the bride and groom, knew about). The schedule was so detailed and organized that we even ran slightly ahead of schedule and got to open dancing earlier! The tl;dr is that Mollee took the skeleton of vendors and design ideas that we had and pulled together an incredibly beautiful and seamless wedding day. We could not recommend her more!

They also set up a beautiful presentation and the food was delicious. We ordered 2 entrees: french toast and huevos rancheros. Unfortunately, the tortillas for the huevos were a leeeeeeeetle (very mildly) on the soggy side. I'm sure this was a response to the transit time and being steamed. They provided all side items, coffee, creamers, all plates and cutlery and came and took everything away. Avoiding cleanup was another huge pro for this company. They're very neat and organized. Overall, it felt very much like a nice event, not just our usual staff breakfasts, which I think was the goal at least for those of us hosting it. Unfortunately, one major thing that was in the quote was missing: fresh fruit. When you're ordering a breakfast that is, by any measure, a carb fest it would have been nice to have the fruit. That was a big disappointment. I wish I'd printed my invoice to review prior to paying it because I assumed the fruit had to come off to keep us on budget, but you live and you learn. Plus, for their great attitudes, promptness, and the beautiful presentation it was completely worth it. But I did miss the fruit. Bottom line: Great food, MJ and Bill are awesome to work with and they will work within your budget and, for the most part do what they say, but make sure to go over what you're getting a day or two prior to make sure nothing's eliminated. I'm sure calling the missing fruit to their attention this morning wouldn't have helped either because that takes time to prep.

Below are details…read moreof our experience: Consultation Call: Prior to our photo session, we had a wonderful call with Eric where he got to know our likes, dislikes, passions, and hobbies so that he could use these elements in the photo shoot. Eric offered dress suggestions, answered all questions and was available anytime prior to the shoot for additional questions. Day of Shoot: Eric and his lovely wife met us at the location of our choice. We ran 30 minutes late and they were so understanding and patient. The session was comfortable and professional allowing for a number of high quality, candid shots. We never felt rushed and loved the warmth eric and his wife brought to our family session. It was truly a special experience. Following the Shoot: Eric sent sneak peeks of some of the pictures from our shoot. Not only were the original shots gorgeous, but the effects he applies to the photos in Photoshop take them to the next level. We received access to our pics in just a week and are thrilled with the outcome. Now the only challenge is choosing which pictures not to buy :) Overall, this was a wonderful experience.
