SLDW's caregivers are so very reliable and patient with our very delicate (and nervous) chihuahuas. One thing I REALLY like about SLDW is that the same person visits each time--you know exactly who's coming and going in your home, whereas other companies may assign different people per schedule. My pups get to know their caregiver, get lots of love and attention, are fed correctly, cleaned up after, and I always receive photos and videos with each visit. All this has really allowed me to focus on whatever business may be at hand while away or to completely enjoy a vacation. Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, patient, takes time and gives love to my animals...A+

So I just want to say she is the most compassionate and caring person. If you're concerned about who's going to take care of your pet while you're out of town look no further. Always very professional, and courteous. Plus my animals just love her! It gives me such peace of mind when I go out of town, to know that my animals are going to be well taken care of and loved while I am away. She takes pictures of them every day at the conclusion of her walks or feedings.. and sends them to me b/c she knows that I am very anxious about being away from them. I just can't speak highly enough about her..anyway thanks so Daryn. You're like a part of our little family now.

I traveled internationally for two weeks and needed a pet sitter to care for my cat. I decided on Hailee because the cost was reasonable. Throughout the duration of my vacation I was routinely told that my cat could not be found. It seemed like little to no effort was made to find or play with my cat, luckily my family was able to visit and play with my cat using minimal effort. She filled up food but did not fill up the water in the two weeks leading me to believe that she was unreliable, however she did show up everyday and was able to bring in packages. I will not be using her services again in the future, I do not feel that I can trust her with my pet.

The best part, I know they love on my fur babies just like I would if I was home. Hiring an independent contractor, you are not going to get this kind of customer service or consistency. They go above and beyond every time. I can update my schedule very easily, add a walk in case of an emergency and they send out holiday reminders if you need to cancel your walk!
