I've been wanting to checkout Fetch Park since May and finally made the trip down with a friend and our pups! We visited on a Saturday around 4pm and expected a large crowd. We were pleasantly surprised to find that wasn't the case. Parking: small private lot + street Membership Rates: Daily: $10 per dog per day Month to Month: $40 per dog per month Monthly for 12 months: $30 per dog per month Yearly: $270 per dog per year Humans enter for free. Registration took about 10-15 minutes outside on the side walk. You must have vaccination records! Staffers will accept virtual records (i.e. via apps such as PetPro). You'll also need to add a credit card on file for future visits. I'm told after the first visit, you only need to provide your last name and phone number to enter the park. One thing that can be improved is the check-in area. Most pups are super energetic upon arrival and wanting to sniff everything and everyone nearby. If there was a separate holding area where we can register without being pulled in multiple directions by our pups-- that would be great. Once you finish registering, you and your pup can proceed inside. The park is large with plenty of open fields for pups to run. There's also lots of chairs, benches, tables and umbrellas for shade. No food, both human or dog, are allowed inside. I only wish there were some food trucks nearby that'll allow us hungry humans to grab a snack when hunger strikes. Many insta-worthy photo backdrops along the border of the park. There's 3 tubs filled with water for those water-loving pups to splash in and a wash stall with shampoo. No towels provided. The park uses artificial turf so it's generally very clean. Bark rangers walk around to ensure the peace between our pups. There are rarely, if any, dog fights as a result. Restrooms: a couple portapotties onsite BarK Drinks: Reasonably priced and tasty! Downward Dog ($10) was my favorite. Menu here: https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/fetch-park-atlanta?select=FgamcZyy2l53KPiEptWtIg&utm_campaign=www_photo_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct) We stayed at Fetch for 4.5 hours. Time flew by as our pups were having the time of their lives! Park is nicely lit with string lights at night. There are a number of TV's around the park too for game days and such. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/fetch-park-atlanta?select=YTvoNM6cuvQK-esoCUVE2w&utm_campaign=www_photo_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct) Fetch is a great place to hangout with friends and your pups! We'll be back for sure!

We went to Fetch at 10:00 am on a Sunday in June. They have an email address to send your dog's vaccination records to, which I did in advance. But they still required us to bring the actual papers with us too. Not sure what the point is of emailing in advance if we still have to show it when we get there. It's $10 per dog per day, unless you do a monthly pass. The gravel lots for parking aren't too big. There were plenty of available spots when I got there, but not when I left at 11:15. The staff were all very friendly. They dumped out old water from the water bowls and refilled it at least once during the hour I was there. There is a smell. It is a dog park, after all. There are plenty of doggy bags, trash cans, and hand sanitizer for cleaning up after your dog. There is a decent amount of shade for humans to sit in. There are plenty of paintings/decor, perfect for an Instagram story. The bar is well stocked. They had beer, cider, seltzer, mimosas, and even liquor!! Our dog had so much fun here! We are definitely giving him a bath after playing at Fetch though! We'll be back for sure! What a great time for humans (both with pets and without) and our dogs!

The grounds are disgusting. Covered in black flies. Nothing's cleaner, ever. Smells like boiling piss.

This place is where you need to bring your pooch! It's fun for you and your dog. While your dog is playing you can go get a drink. They have so many options to choose from. They are very strict on vaccines (as they should). Before you come, make sure your dog has, Rabies, DHPP, Lepto, and Bordetella vaccines all up to date. You will be denied if you're missing any of these. They do have hired staff that stands on the play area and "watch" the dogs. They can be intense at times but they're trying to prevent anything from happening. They can stereotype a bit towards bigger dogs, they did it to mine because he loves to play with smaller dogs. They do throw a few events here occasionally. I would recommend following their social media pages for updates. It's cute and it's a blast coming here.

Love Fetch! It's really a fun time. This O4W location is my favorite. However I've been to the Buckhead and Alpharetta locations which are newer, nicer and don't have port-a potties. However the location, staff and layout of this particular location makes it more desirable for me. I've never had an incident and I come several times a month/week depending on the weather. The staff is really wonderful replacing clean water often and picking up stray although the owners are usually pretty good about that as well. Biggest negative would be in the summer months it can get hot and the turf smells bad +bugs. During the colder months there are heaters but they are a "hot" comity... pun intended. So it can be tough to get near one. Other than that I love the events that they host like bingo, trivia, karaoke and comedy nights. I've even been able to work from here a few times. Overall I love this place and so does my pup!

There is NO reason this dog park shouldn't have FIVE stars!!!! Most amazing dog park I've ever been to!!!! **Just be aware, you DO NEED a list of all your up-to-date vaccinations , prior to entering the dog park.** If you come prepared, you will have a wonderful day/night!! I went on a Friday night- and it was amazing (I would even go if I lived in Atlanta and did not own a dog). The space itself is LARGE, with plenty of running room for the animals. There are fun paintings all over the fences (for plenty of photo ops) and lights strung above. There is a BAR(k) that sells beer and spritzers (NO food, for people or dogs). There is a separate section ("the watering hole") with 3 bath tubs and a hose, if your dog likes water. You can also bathe your dog in one of the stalls in this area. There are plenty of tables and benches scattered throughout the park for you to sit at. There are bean bag chairs as well, but be careful, I watched PLENTY of dogs pee on them!! They have "Bark Rangers" walking around to pick up any missed poop, and to break up any potential fights. If your dog is given more than one warning for being aggressive, you will be kicked out. With that being said, I felt comfortable letting my dog run off and play with other dogs. She always had an eye on her AND all of the dogs there seemed to very friendly. The best part of all- next to the drinks- was there was a live band!! The band was GREAT, they had amazing voices and played cover songs all night. I really enjoyed the music and the atmosphere. I loved this place so much that I returned the next morning, before I headed out (stopped here during my travels). I would be a Friday night regular if I lived in Atlanta. GO!!!

My dog LOVES fetch. The O4W location is great, but the buckhead one has better bathrooms, more parking and less odor (which I know they can't control). Try to pee before you go, the ports potty can get nasty. Sometimes they close due to heat or rain... they said it would be posted on their social media but I check their IG and Facebook - cannot find this information. They bark rangers are awesome, quickly break up dog fights. Plenty of room for the doggo that run and bond with fellow doggos!

Fetch Park is hands down the best doggie park experience I've ever had. Here's what to know: ***Info below as seen on fetchpark.com*** -All dogs 8 months and older must be spayed or neutered -Dogs must be at least 4 months old -Dogs must be clean and free of fleas and ticks -Dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive around people and other dogs -Dogs must have current vaccination records with reminder/expiration dates for following vaccinations: Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP (this includes Leptospirosis). Make sure your dog has the Lepto shot or you will not be granted entry. Now, regarding the experience, Fetch has mastered how to provide an overall enjoyable time for people and their fur babies. The dogs get to fellowship & play with each other while the adults can enjoy comfortable seating with umbrellas, internet access, tv, music, and libation. What more can one ask for? It's a great way to give your dogs an outlet to release their cabin fever & for you to release the stresses of the day. Most of the dogs & owners are friendly, the staff offers friendly service, the dog rangers are super cool & play with the dogs and pick up behind them in the event they relieve themselves. I would highly recommend Fetch to all dog lovers. It's truly rebarkable! (See what I did there?!)lol

My baby girl Heaven had a ball. I dislike most dog parks because of some out of control dogs and uncaring dog owners; however, Fetch Park is a safe environment for my shy sweet pup. All dogs have to be spayed or neutered & up to date on all their shots. They have dog Rangers to make sure no pups get out of hand and they have drinks and seating for the dog moms and dads. So it's a win-win for the dog and it's human. lol Heaven had a great time meeting playing and meeting new friends. Thanks Fetch Park for making her first experience memorable.

Park has no protocol for a guest being bitten. An employee's dog bit me. He tried to blame the bite on my roommate's dog. After telling him the "brown dog" bit me, he said "Dillinger" wouldn't bite me. Then he stormed off saying he would "check the tapes." What I learned later is the employee was the dog's owner. On the way out, I reported the bite to a 2nd employee. She shrugged it off and walked away. I left for urgent care where they asked if the dog was vaccinated. Spent 24-hours tying to contact someone at Fetch. Next day an owner called me and was defensive. I was not only upset I was bitten but also that the staff had no procedure in place. The dog that bit me also remained in the park free to bite others. When their system is down, they would let me in the park without confirming my dog's vaccinations were current and I have at least 1 friend who also would be allowed in without checking records. Here are photos of the bite. There is a tennis ball in one for size reference. The owner offered to pay my medical bill but never did. I have not been back to Fetch since.

Puppies, wine and I'm fine! Located in Old Fourth Ward, Fetch Dog Park is Atlanta's first off-leash dog park bar. My dog had the best time making new fur-riends. I also enjoyed petting all the puppies while sipping wine. Do you like laughing, petting dogs, and drinking with friends? Then Barks and Banter Comedy is the event for you! Every other Thursday, Fetch Park hosts a stand-up comedy night featuring local comedians. It's the most fun for humans AND dogs!

Ask the Community - Fetch Park

    Are there heaters?

Before the pandemic, yes. It's such a large space, heaters would cause people to congregate around them. Hot drinks though!

    When will the park re-open?

Follow them on Instagram. They always put park updates and closings, special events, etc on there. :)

    Is there parking available?

Yes we have a parking lot on site

The website is down. I wanted to know if we can bring puppies that are under 8 month mark and are not neutered? I have a 6 month puppy.

Yes, apparently only dogs over 8 months are required to be neutered/spayed.

Is fetch park open on holidays and if so what are the hours?

We are open most holidays. Today we are open until 9pm

My female dog isn't fixed but is not in heat. Can we still come and play?

8 months and older have to be spayed.

Is this place 21 and up? Also, is the day pass $10 per dog, or per family? We have two pups. Thanks!!

There’s no age limit but they do check id at the bar ; just $10 per dog . I love this place so much

Is it closed 12-4 Monday-Friday? Is it open Labor Day?

Maybe too late an answer, but I just found hours by Googling... about to post under "tips" with photo

Does anyone have any photos of the food menus? And/or drink menus? I'm wanting to have a get together for my dog's bday there with friends, but one has health-related food restrictions (and menu still not on Fetch website). Thanks!

Restaurant is not open yet. Construction on that portion hasn't yet begun. Cocktail menu changes but they have standard beers plus some crafts and small selection of wine options.

I'd recommend Oakhurst. Why the bad review though? I've gone to dog parks frequently for 18 months, and Adair is the only dog park where someone STOLE MY DOG'S LEASH. WHO DOES THAT. But I did notice significant changes to the park before I started coming. Pros: The large dog park is huge with plenty of space for your dog to run around and play. The trees offer great protection from the sun on those hot, summer Atlanta days. It's always stocked full of poop bags and miscellaneous toys that have been left either by the caretakers or previous users. The area is also very dog friendly! It's in the middle of downtown and midtown, so within a 15-20 minute walk you'll find tons of restaurants with dog friendly patios. Pretty much anywhere with a patio usually allows dogs! Cons: It's not an active dog park. In my experience, it averages about 1-2 parties in the park at a time. There's a lot of people that use the dog park especially around 8am and 5/6pm when people get off work, but outside of those hours it's pretty empty. Which is great if your dog isn't as social or needs to warm up to other dogs. However, if you're like me and have a very social dog, this might not be your park of choice just yet as it builds back up it's reputation.
