Fetch package service is GREAT! My last apartment complex used Fetch and they were always consistent and very quick. If I was having something delivered off Amazon, I would get the notification from Amazon that the package was delivered and within a couple of minutes Fetch notified me that they received the package! When they delivered my package, I would immediately get a notification and a picture of the package at my doorstep. Exceptional service! read more

Again, this is the same terrible service that I've received all along. You clearly didn't read the review I wrote when I mention that I've written to that exact email over and over again and still my packages are lost or stolen. The response was after writing and sending numerous emails and pictures over and over again that you we're going to finally reimburse me the money for the packages, but that is the bare minimum you should be doing considering you lost/stolen my packages. Last week they lost a gift my elderly father sent me by (1) delivering to some random door and (2) taking a picture of it so blurry you can't read the number. I opened a claim (which is slow because... my elderly father is not super quick in finding receipts) and today, they deliver a package of Tide pods that had to have been intentionally stomped on to produce the damage they sent it with. Avoid all apartments that utilize Fetch for delivery services. Unfortunately, this service is required and paid for by residents at my apartment complex, yet it consistently fails to meet even basic expectations. *Some Amazon, Walmart, and other delivery companies do not recognize Fetch's address for delivery. *Several deliveries were canceled due to lack of staff being able to deliver oversized items. *Fetch informed me that my $108 Amazon package was stolen when delivered before operating business hours. They referred me back to Amazon, which confirmed delivery but refused to replace the items. You have to be a middleman in order to receive proper customer service support. *Standard deliveries are often delayed over 24 hours, so there's no point in using Amazon Prime or express shipping. Also, packages are considered mail, and I don't understand how Fetch avoids legal issues with the mishandling of people's packages. Fetch is required by my apartment -- I'm literally paying for a service that routinely loses and delays packages. It's wild that we are required to use this service. (Apartment complex). I came to the location to pick up my items because their posted next availability wasn't until Saturday night. I'm going to go back in my bubble of pretending my packages magically appear at my door with no problem. I heard the worker taping up the box, smelled of fresh packaging tape, and placed the box (1 of 3) on the desk like I wouldn't see the damaged side of the box. I took a look and it was trashed! I said 'this one barely made it'. He said fedex throws them around, etc. I'm sure they do, but personally I've never had something like this from them- and poorly repackaged. Yikes! My package delivery gets cancelled once a month and they only communicate through email and only between certain hours--probably because they know how awful they are. This company which my apartment complex hired to handle the increased influx of packages is not worth a grain of salt! They have lost at least 3 of my deliveries. They also lie about receiving deliveries. On multiple occasions where my delivery was received, they denied receiving and waited at least 24-hours before actually acknowledging receipt. What were they doing? Do they need to hire more personnel? Or were they deciding whether my delivery was worth them keeping? Do not use this company! I wish I didn't have to myself. read more

This is a complete inconvenience, not a better experience. The idea behind was framed to us as a "secure" way to receive package. But instead it creates a complicated and unnecessary process to get a package. And if you package that you pay extra to be delivered timely gets ignored by the warehouse and not scanned in that day, you have to wait another whole day. Or even worse, there are no "windows" available with their delivery people. Absolutely ridiculous that this service even exists and that my building requires me to use it without an opt-out option. UPDATE: So apparently Fetch STEALS from its customers. I had another package delivered from Amazon (11/13/22) and never received a notice to schedule. After 2-3 days, I reached out to Taylor in support and we exchanged numerous emails concluding in me sending proof of delivery from Amazon. Two days later, Taylor sent me an email saying my ticket was being "closed" because I never sent proof. I responded immediately with a screenshot of the email I sent originally showing the proof of purchase from Amazon (attached). It has now been eight days and several more emails and no one is responding, so apparently when they are at fault and responsible for reimbursement, they just stop answering emails. Absolutely brutal. I only utilize this service because my apartment building requires it (which I can only imagine is the only reason why they have any customers). Over the past 4-6 weeks, I have had two separate situations where I have had to wait seven or more days to receive my packages after they were dropped at the warehouse. When I contact customer service, they are absolutely clueless and it takes days upon days to receive any answer and then an "investigation" that takes several more days and provides zero intel. In the second instance, an Amazon Try-Before-You-Buy Package which had reached the end of its trial period before I even received it, I ended up having to find time in my day before work to go to the warehouse in hopes the package was misplaced. Thankfully it was and it took less than five minutes to find once I got there, but for some reason, it had been just sitting there for a week? And no one in customer service could verify that it was there? I actually received a follow-up email five days after I picked up the package letting me know it was delivered and asking if I needed anything else...how pathetic. Lastly, the gentlemen at the help desk actually told me to just come to the warehouse instead of contacting customer service because it would be much faster and productive, how embarrassing is that? Fetch in Denver is an inconvenience, not a value add. Apartment complexes are conned into believing that the residents will find value or appreciate the services provided. In actuality, Fetch is a package intercept service that provides nothing but delays, damaged packages, and very dismissive responses to residents. Fetch had representatives on-site in two properties where I have lived to sing the praises of Fetch and its all hype. "We've changed, we're better now," but they haven't and they are not. Raised the issue with customer service which basically said I'd have to reschedule. Finally just drove out to the warehouse and picked them up myself. I live in a large building with hundreds of units. Due to theft and missing deliveries I decided to move to Fetch. With Fetch I have lost more packages than before. This is a blatant scam. I have seen the drivers take pictures and then leave the building with items they claimed to deliver. My package should have arriver yesterday by 9pm. Today till about noon the application showed it would arrive today by 9pm. Now I have an email that the previous chosen time is no longer available. I login to find I no longer have any package awaiting delivery. Cancel your service. The company is protecting their thriving drivers. read more

They use the same email information each time you email them, there is no phone number here in Atlanta, Ga. also they do not communicate with you or answer your questions directly. It would probably be better to just pick your packages if you can at least you know where it is. One star is the least I can give. To give an example. Just this week: Meal kit scheduled for delivery on Friday from 12-2. On Friday at 3, I get a notification that it's "out for delivery and will be there before 2." Never arrives. Auto rescheduled for Saturday from 4-7pm, now their only weekend delivery time frame. On Saturday at 8pm, I get an alert that it's "out for delivery and will be there before 7." Shockingly, it never arrives. On Sunday morning, it rescheduled for delivery today from 4 to 7. At 9am, I got an alert that the 4 to 7 window today was no longer available and that I would need to pick a new delivery time myself. Oh, and the same thing happened last weekend. Friday delivery didn't get here until Tuesday. Food was all ruined. Fetch didn't care. Another package from Amazon was delivered Thursday. It's now Sunday. Thurs, Fri, and Sat it has shown as scheduled to be delivered. The latest scheduled delivery is 4 to 7 today. It's 8pm, and it still shows that it will be here before 8. And good luck trying to get in contact with them. They'll respond to this review with an email address, but no real person will respond. They'll force you to use their auto chat system. Let's say you select a specific delivery and want to lodge a complaint. The tracking number is there specific for that delivery. The first question the chat bot asks is what the tracking number is. The problem? You can't copy in the tracking number from their platform. It's in an image format that's not copy-able. So they want you to have to hunt down the tracking number to be able to copy/paste it in, rather than just allowing you to copy it from their app. Cherry on top, as soon as it asks "What's the tracking number?" an auto response option pops up, "Never mind." It wants you to give up and not file a claim. Horrible system. Horrible company. Worst customer service imaginable. And good luck complaining to your apartment. I am required to pay 13$ a month for it and have decided to rent a PO Box with USPS despite still having to pay for fetch. I wound up stuck with Fetch as a result of their coercive business model to force Fetch as part of lease agreements/renewals. The special alert on Fetch's Better Business Bureau file regarding Fetch's pattern of bad business behavior is entirely consistent with my two years experience with Fetch. Despite Fetch's empty promises to the contrary...if you pay for Amazon Prime or any other "same day" "next day" delivery services...now you can add 1-2 additional days to that. Fetch has recently increased delivery appointment windows from two to three hours and you'll find yourself remaining home to receive your package only for nobody to come without explanation or apology from Fetch. Be prepared to have your packages delivered to Fetch's warehouse only to have them stolen while at Fetch's warehouse. Many packages are just delivered to outdoor open-air package containers that aren't always watched. Let's say Best Buy delivers sale item to Fetch that's subsequently stolen at Fetch's warehouse. Don't expect Best Buy to re-send the item. Expect to have Fetch initiate a "search" of which you'll have to wait a week to get an actionable acknowledgement they really did lose the package. Then reorder the item (sometimes no longer on sale) from Best Buy. Lastly, submit your original receipt to Fetch to wait for their insurance to reimburse you for the lost package. read more

LOL I've done MORE RESEARCH on restaurants for dinner than my apartment did trying to find a logistics company to handle packages of hundreds of their residents who are trusting them with their valuables. A quick Google search would've shown our building manager that this is a company to avoid at all costs. If I could give negative stars, I would. Where to even start. The fact that this company has raised $50 million recently in a series C round is unbelievable and erased what little faith I had in venture. We were forced into using this service because our (brand new luxury) condo does not have its own package room. We'd never heard of this company and so started using it unknowingly. They've since lost (or stolen) 3 of our packages, worth thousands of dollars. They were supposed to be delivered over a month ago. We've been working with 4 different customer service associates for over a month since they keep assigning us new ones every time we escalate this issue to no avail. They claimed they found 2 a few weeks ago and scheduled to deliver them but they never arrived and continue to show as "Out for Delivery" on the app which makes me think they're lying. They refuse to reimburse us for them and have wasted hours of our time requesting unnecessary and repeated documentation. I won't go into too many more details, but they've lied to us, neglected us and been extremely imcompetent at every level. In addition, they repeatedly delay our packages. What is the point of paying for Amazon prime or any other express shipping if Fetch will just delay by days? This is a logistics company that hasn't figured out basic logistics. I cannot begin to describe how terrible this delivery "service" is. I, like so many others, am forced to use them to receive packages and it has been nothing but daily frustration. Packages lost, constant delays and completely unresponsive customer service adds up to a terrible experience. I live in Denver and have been forced to use Fetch delivery at Griffis North Union in downtown. There is no other option for me to receive mail. NEVER live in a building that requires you use fetch. 100 percent of your deliveries will be delayed by a day or more. Every month I pay a fee for Fetch to deliver packages into my apartment building. At best, your package will be delivered one day later. At worst, the package will be gone forever. This means say goodbye to one day shipping with Amazon. This also means say goodbye to food delivery services like hello fresh. If you order hello fresh, your box will sit in the warehouse at room temperature for a minimum of 24 hours before fetch finds it and schedules delivery to your door. Several times I have had boxes of hello fresh show up more than a week after their warehouse had the package delivered to them. In that time frame, I have had boxes show to my door with MOLDY food. In addition, I have had several boxes be completely lost and never found. Last Christmas when I moved in, my family sent me 5 packages as gifts for Christmas. Two of the 5 boxes were lost by Fetch. Inside of those boxes included hand written letters and old family photos that could never be replaced. There is no phone number to contact Fetch at, you will be forced into communicating via a chat bot. I was refunded 1 month later. But, I do not care about a refund. All I want is my packages delivered on time when they are meant to be. I can't believe that this is even a company. I would go as far as saying that Fetch is a scam. I wish I could give this zero stars. My apt complex (Griffis Union Station) made this service mandatory and charges us a monthly fee only for me to chase down my packages or have them stolen. I recently had a couple packages that was delivered to the Fetch facility. I tried to schedule a delivery through their app for Friday, but the delivery never showed. Tried again Saturday and the same thing. I also spent hours on end calling their customer service to get an update but they never answered and never responded to my emails/texts. I ended up driving to the warehouse only to find out my package was stolen. I'm trying to get a refund but again, their customer service has not responded to me and will not answer my calls. I would not recommend this service or Griffis Union Station since they require you to use Fetch and charge a monthly fee. read more

It works great if everything works well (i.e. everyone does what they are suppose to do). The problem is the real world does not work that way. Completely lacking customer service, no ability to track your package once they receive it and before it is delivered to you. If they loose you package, don't waste your time calling fetch, just call the sender and request another item sent. I can never get thru to them on the phone. I open tickets each day and still cannot get my package. They changed my delivery address without telling me; when I went to both facilities to request my package after waiting a week, neither one could find it - this means it was stolen out of the warehouse. This is literally the worst service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would give 0 stars if possible. My apartment building started using Fetch earlier this year, and even when I intentionally opted out, Fetch still managed to intercept and delay my packages. The residents in my building were so unhappy with the service that the building management finally terminated its contract with Fetch on Nov 4th. On Nov 5th, for some reason Fetch still intercepted my package and took it to their facility. I literally do not even have an account open with them, so why this keeps happening I'll probably never know. Our building manager let me know that Fetch had taken around ~20 of our residents packages even though we no longer had a contract with them post Nov 4th. I contacted Fetch support multiple times and they finally confirmed my package was at their facility. I let them know our building manager was going to go to pick up everyone's missing packages and if they could please please make sure my package was in that batch. Support told me this was communicated and confirmed with the Fetch facility managers, and that they would ensure my package was given to my building manager so he could pass it onto me. Lo and behold, my building manager went to retrieve all the missing packages for my building, but he wasn't given my package, even after Fetch support contacted it's facility and explicitly told them. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any kind of service, and the funny thing is that I literally never even signed up to use it. Still waiting on Fetch support to let me know where my package is! Also the fact that they took packages even after having their contract terminated feels illegal?? read more

I lived in an apartment complex that used Fetch and I wish I could keep this service!!! It's so convenient and it only adds a little time for delivery (sometimes I could schedule it out just 2 hours in advance). My complex is super confusing and packages could be delivered in three different places and there was no security, Fetch was the only good change the complex ever implemented. Not sure why they have bad reviews, I've loved it. The downside is I will say their customer service takes FOREVER to respond. But I only had one issue in a year. read more

UPS has returned three different deliveries because Fetch does not work well with UPS... This service is intended to make it easier, but I have found package delivery significantly more difficult since living in an apartment with Fetch. Convenient when it works. Unfortunately, they often don't live up to their promises. The idea is that you tell Fetch when to deliver a package, and they deliver it within that window. But they often don't deliver the package when they promise to, and you have to ask them to deliver it the next day. Maybe they will deliver it the next day, and maybe they won't. There are no real guarantees, and sometimes you have to wait days to actually get your package. I have also ordered several large packages that require me to be home when the delivery is made. These delivery windows are three or four hours long. So I sit at home waiting for my package. And of course, it often doesn't come. So that's four hours of my day wasted, when I could have been out doing something else. Then you have to ask them to deliver it during another three or four hour window the next day, and there's no guarantee that they will. This can be incredibly frustrating, since I often have to organize my day around package delivery, which then doesn't occur. Fetch is particularly horrible during the holiday season. Last Christmas, they *might* have fulfilled their delivery promises 50% of the time. Too many packages, too little staff. read more
