I'm a student so I have a membership at SIB trening. The studios are usually crowded in the…read moreafternoon and evenings, so if you don't want to stand in line for the treadmill, I would reccomand you to go there early in the morning. Vektertorget is probably the best place to do your musculary fitness training. They have a large range of fitness gears and machines. They have a own room for basic training, with abdominal work out gears, TRX, dumbells, and so on. You can also perform endurance work outs, but my experience is that the air ventilations is not that good. I would rather perfer to do that in another SIB-center.
I'm very fond of the spinning classes at SIB Vektertorget. They have great spinning instructors, and you get a really motivated to kick in all your energy. I must say I haven't tried out their other classes, such as yoga, muscular strength classes, aerobics and so on - but from what I've heard, their pretty good too.
SIB Vektertorget has also a rumor of housing the strongest and most well trained boys and girls - but don't let this scare you at all. This is a great place for a good work out.
