But spite of the location arrangements, the Elixia center offers a wide range of exercise classes, a nice selection of work out gear and a very nice group of staff. If you need any help, they are happy to help you - at least that's my experience. What I liked most about Elixia Laksevåg was probably that they have a hall where you can play squash and exercise for yourself. If you want to kickbox, do tabata, crossfit, and so on, you can do it in an own private hall. That is something that I miss with other fitness studios in Bergen. They also have personal trainer classes, so if you want to boost your work out with some help from professionals, this is definatly worth a try. They also have an in-body machine, where you can measure your muscle- and fat percentages, along with a lot of other interessting values. This is a good way to make reachable and motivational goals for your future workouts. If you live in Laksevåg, or close to it, I would reccomand you to try out Elixia. And remember this is only my opinion. My preferences for a fitness center is pretty high, so I would reccomand you to go there for youself and make up your own opinion. Who knows, you might love it.

I'm a student so I have a membership at SIB trening. The studios are usually crowded in the…read moreafternoon and evenings, so if you don't want to stand in line for the treadmill, I would reccomand you to go there early in the morning. Vektertorget is probably the best place to do your musculary fitness training. They have a large range of fitness gears and machines. They have a own room for basic training, with abdominal work out gears, TRX, dumbells, and so on. You can also perform endurance work outs, but my experience is that the air ventilations is not that good. I would rather perfer to do that in another SIB-center. I'm very fond of the spinning classes at SIB Vektertorget. They have great spinning instructors, and you get a really motivated to kick in all your energy. I must say I haven't tried out their other classes, such as yoga, muscular strength classes, aerobics and so on - but from what I've heard, their pretty good too. SIB Vektertorget has also a rumor of housing the strongest and most well trained boys and girls - but don't let this scare you at all. This is a great place for a good work out.
