Every year the past 3 years we go, it's a great cause and a load of fun. Most things can be done in 2 or 3 hours.. Photos with santa, 15 bucks but quality, and line went pretty quick Cookie making, yumm!! Great photo op, and the line moves fast!! Great helpers.. Scavenger hunt for a fun prize Crafts station and letters to santa are a great way to connect. Stuffed animal hospital, get your yearly stuffy free with entry. Kids love this! Trees are fun, but... they're auctioned off at the gala on thursday, so look ahead if you want one.

Another awesome event that was more packed than the year before. Parking was equally as bad. :-) Great cause and fun to see the creativity and imagination that the creators have. Will be back next year!

Always worth the money - it's for a good cause. Of course you want to see all of the trees. But don't miss the other fun things to see. Be sure to check out the gingerbread creations, the quilts, and the play houses. Food is available.

Amazing! Christmas trees, quilts, gingerbread houses, wreaths, and nativity sets all donated by generous and super creative people. They are all put on display and sold to benefit the Primary Children's Hospital. They also have performances going on and food. The creativity and beauty is just astounding. We got there about a half hour before the doors opened and didn't have a problem getting a parking space and it wasn't too crowded yet. I understand all of the comments about the terrible parking situation. I have been to other events here and it is terrible but getting here early seemed to do the trick for us. There isn't a lot of choice when it comes to food here so I think it would be great if they could get more food vendors in. It is a fabulous event and I can't wait to go again and maybe donate something for the cause.

Great family fun at Christmas time! My family has been going for 20 years. So many beautifully dressed trees all done by local folks. Trees, wreaths, gingerbread houses -- all are auctioned off first night, proceeds going to the Primary Children's Hospital Foundation. Santa Claus is always in attendance, there's the kid's korner with fun activities, and there are many mostly youth dance performances on two separate stages. Concessions are very popular here. I look forward to this festival every year. It helps keeps the spirit of Christmas alive in my own family and throughout our community.

This is an awesome gingerbread house they had there!

This is a beautiful Utah venue you must check out!…read more Ashton Gardens is a 50-acre botanical garden that has 15 themed gardens, such as the Italian, Rose, Fragrance, Secret gardens and the Tree of life sculpture garden. It has gorgeous waterfalls and beautiful walking pathways throughout. (Golf carts are available to rent as well) . Also, the beautiful Monet lake with koi fish. Ashton Gardens is known for their seasonal activities like Luminaria the light festival in November thru early January. The Tulip Festival is April - May, the Imaginaria Festival is in summer and the Scarecrow Festival is in October. There is the Trellis Café on site for a bite to eat, and during many of the festivals they have little shops that sell deserts, snacks, drinks, etc. There's a Greenhouse to buy cool plants in season as well. It's definitely a beautiful way to spend the day.

The waterfalls are wonderful. The fountains superb. The grounds are immaculate. The larger-than-life statues of the life of Christ and the whole Light the World exhibit were superb! We'd seen the life of Christ exhibit and loved it but hadn't seen the Light the World exhibit. It was spectacular. This place is a true gem if you want to enjoy nature; have an opportunity to walk through beautiful scenery or see wonderful spiritual exhibits!

I've been coming to America First Field (formerly Rio Tinto Stadium, affectionately known as "The…read moreRioT") for Real Salt Lake MLS games for over six years now, and it's always a fun experience. The stadium has a great soccer vibe, and the unpadded plastic seats are comfortable enough to enjoy the game for a few hours. There are plenty of snack and drink options, though be prepared for the typical stadium prices that are on the high side. If you're flexible, waiting for last-minute seats can sometimes score you a bargain, which is always nice. The stadium does have some accessibility challenges for ADA and wheelchair users. There's only one place to store mobility scooters, so if your seats are on the opposite side of the stadium, it can be quite a trek. It definitely helps to have someone with you. I had to ride and drop my mom's scooter when the two of us went to a Real Salt Lake game last summer, which was a bit cumbersome but still manageable with planning. The stadium is well laid out and there isn't a truly terribly seat in the whole venue. It's designed perfectly so it's easy in and easy out, and I have zero complaints about the game day experience over the years. The team store is terrific as well, with tons of great merchandise if you need to get outfitted as a fan. While the name is now pretty generic and boring, America First Field is a solid spot for MLS soccer. It captures that local soccer energy perfectly, and I always have a great time cheering on Real Salt Lake despite the minor accessibility hurdles and pricey concessions.

I went to the Royals closing game and had SO MUCH fun. I was invited by some family to sit in a…read morebox, which definitely made the experience better. We got front row parking and everyone was so nice and helpful in the entrance we went in. They have some really good food/drink options at the stadium like jdawgs and fizz as well as the basics (churros, kettle corn, pretzels, etc). My one big complaint is that all their sodas are in plastic bottles rather than the fountain much I would prefer. I would also recommend sitting on the west side of the stadium to enjoy the Mountain View's. Absolutely stunning. Also the Royals won!!! Wooo!! Go Royals!
