I hate to write this review but after this experience I feel compelled to…read more I've ordered numerous bouquets from various different florists before so I understand that sometimes there can be a little variation in what you receive from what you ordered online. I'm ok with that. This was not the case with this florist. In this instance I felt completely ripped off, hence the review. We ordered the "rose rapture" and paid extra for the deluxe version. The description and pictures from their website show a gorgeous bouquet of "lavender and pink roses" and the size for the deluxe version as 18x18. What I received was a bouquet that was significantly smaller than expected. So much so, that I had to bust out a measuring tape and saw that what I actually received was a bouquet of orange, yellow, pink and red roses that measured 11x17. Was the bouquet cute? Sure- it looked as cute as an inexpensive bouquet I could have picked up from any grocery store. Did it look like the $200+ bouquet we picked out from this florist? Definitely not. So, I called and spoke with a woman about my dissatisfaction in what we received. The woman wasn't unpleasant...but she also wasn't apologetic or sympathetic. She was more defensive than anything. She said that the reason the bouquet was smaller than I expected was because she decided to put it in a smaller vase so that it would be sturdier. I'm sorry, but that makes no sense. You're telling me that in order to receive an 18x18 bouquet (as advertised on their own site), the sturdiness would have to be compromised? Anyway, she offered to take back the flowers and make me a new one or refund our money. Lacking trust in the florist and turned off by her excuse, I decided I'd rather just take the refund. I didn't find out till the following day, after they picked the flowers back up, that they would not offer a FULL refund including the extra fees and delivery, but only a refund for the flowers itself. So at the end of the day, we were still out about $50 for nothing. Disappointing experience to say the least. So if you're thinking about ordering from them, don't. I've included pictures so you can see for yourself why I was so unimpressed.

I've used several florists and I will say that this shop has moved to the top of my list. I received a phone call from Christine to let me know that the arrangement I chose couldn't happen at the time because some of the flowers weren't in season. So, I gave her creative freedom to do what she wanted. I'm no expert, nor do I know names of flowers. I did mention that the colors of the bouquet I initially picked caught my eye and that's it. She personally delivered the arrangement to my wife's office today and EVERYONE was blown away! My wife was shocked and amazed, called me on video and I couldn't believe my eyes. Totally exceeded my expectations and worth every penny!

I found out via…read moreemail the morning of delivery, that apparently Chula Vista is not within the scope of delivery for the flower shop, as it's too far. This was not indicated at all during the order process so was very off putting to hear day of for a Mother's Day arrangement. I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. The "trusted" florist you decided to pawn this order off on still attempted to deliver to the WRONG address. Nothing about this was as a success and I cannot believe you have the audacity in a public platform to try and deflect the way that you are. I spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with an elderly delivery driver explaining to her very kindly, that wherever she was going was not the correct address, I am struggling to understand what about this are you not understanding? I am absolutely flabbergasted that instead of reaching back out in attempt to correct the issues, especially in a review, this is your stance. Your address is irrelevant when you're listed as one of the top rated florists in San Diego, if you didn't know, Chula Vista is 100% part of the city. Adding photos for context, maybe you want to rethink your "trusted" partnership approach. Pretty ridiculous again your take on things. Will NEVER be using your shop again and will be sure to spread the word to friends and family to steer clear of your establishment! Very funny that the florist is claiming this is the first email they received, my first communication to them was not the one they decided to include in their review, don't believe everything you read. The owner is incredibly defensive and does all that she can to deflect and spin any negative review to benefit her operation. Go and check yelp and google and get a kick out of it if you have time. The only thing good that came of this after airing things out publicly was a refund.

From my bouquet to the centerpieces and ceremony flowers, every detail was beautifully done and exactly what I had envisioned (and even better!). What truly touched me was her dedication. When the winery added two extra tables last minute, she immediately ran off to make two more centerpieces so everything would look complete and perfect. That level of care and commitment meant so much to us. Thank you, Melissa, for going above and beyond.
