Totally disgusting. After a 20 minute phone pitch of trying to get me to a sales meeting, I was informed that if my live-in partner couldn't attend the presentation then I wasn't welcome to attend. People are being mislead by some telemarketer! This travel agency is top notch! I have done a number of trips with them. They have an excellent reputation locally. And YES Customer service is excellent. read more

Received a sales pitch over the phone and after not even one minute, the sales person put me through to their 'experienced manager'. They could not say how they got my number (they said either a friend or family member or previous owner of my phone number had been a satisfied user of their services). Invited me to be their VIP guest at a 90-minute meeting in a different city in order to get a free VIP travel package; all I had to do was stay through the entire meeting. They used language like 'I bet you're thinking, what's the catch...' and 'You're probably thinking that sounds wonderful, right?' Then, they asked my age, at which point I hung up. read more

Would love to give them a negative star review but since I can't, I will write a review to let other users know about their horrible business practice. I get about 5-8 phone calls a day on my cell phone from the pushy telemarketers they employ, the absolute irony is they speak so little English that it actually took me several calls to get the name of the travel agency correct, so even if I wanted (which I do not) to utilize their services I couldn't because I have no idea what the hell the people calling me are saying. I have gotten so many phone calls from this company that it is aggravating. I have never once signed up for a vacation, and the fact that you have to attend a 90 minute meeting and have to have a life partner is absurd. The person calling (every single time) speaks broken english, they call from different phone numbers every time (which I block each time) and they don't stop calling. Call me again and I swear I will find a way to end your company. Its beyond annoying to receive a phone call for a vacation I DO NOT WANT. I tell them each time to not call me and they continue to call me. I hope your company gets shut down because it is beyond awful and disgusting. have a terrible day. read more
