We visited the Jumbo grocery store on the bottom floor for all our basic needs. They have a wide selection of American brand stores like GAP, old navy & Starbucks and also their own department stores like Ripley (similar to a Macys). This mall does have a small souvenir kiosk on the very bottom floor where we found key chains and magnets. Other than that there were no other stores we could find that sold Chile souvenirs. The restrooms were clean also. At the food court area, the workers would wipe the tables and empty the full trash bins. They were working efficiently. No matter your budget, you can find something reasonable. For Uber, the pick up spot is near the Hard Rock Cafe entrance.

This is mainly because I have already envisioned how the shoe I want is....I just hace to find it. Cueros Matas recognizes the pain point of their customer: finding unique, well designed and high-quality shoes. As you walk past you can smell the leather and as you come closer, you can see the quality of their work. Cueros Mata only works with leather (although you can add jean or other fabric as details) and makes shoes "a tu medida" meaning, you can come in with a design and they can help you recreate it. The price isn't much different than say, a pair of Steve Madden boots, in fact the majority of them range between 50 mil to 90 mil - which for good quality leather hand-made shoes is a bargain. If you live in a different region they even ship! I would pass by and take a look or give them a call to ask about recreating your perfect shoe.
